This is a pretty unique thing, as I haven't seen anyone else in the community offering a setup like this yet. If this interests you, make sure you check out their website linked above.
Whilst cool they wobble around too much from the look of it. Put some more weight on the bottom and its baller'
ILL TAKE 20!!!
And those beautiful lit-up buttons...drool!
So, is EH going to provide any MK9 coverage? You know, it comes out in about 6.5 hours?
I guess it has its uses. If my lap ever breaks I'll consider purchasing one of these
Says they can make the stands for any size stick. It's all made to order, so just tell them what stick you use.
@8 Pretty sure EH mainly covers Capcom, if not only Capcom.
Cool idea, but:
a) They seem a little bit too flimsy and shaky for my tastes.
b) I'd probably have considered one of these 2+ years ago when I bought my TE stick and wasn't used to play on my lap (actually, I considered building something similar myself back then) but now that playing on my lap has become almost second nature, I don't see much use for one of these.
Why is it stupid that EH only posts information of the company that is the undisputed King of all Fighting game? Capcom. Cause when it comes to fighting games Capcom wins everytime.
The "adjustable" part is just taking a block out of the middle of the stand.
Ghettooooo....

Actually I think I'm wrong, and now I feel like a troll.

First off, thanks to Event Hubs for throwing us on the main page.
Alright a new video is up that shows the fixed wobble, that video is of my personal stand that is sort of a prototype, #6 in the long list of perfecting this design for you guys.
the adjust ability is 2 bolts one on either side that is removed this allows for multiple adjustments, one every 1.5 inches in height. Then when at the desired height, replace the bolts into the holes. A Security Screw is also available if you need to have absolutely no wobble, but not required. Also we use feet on the bottom similar to your washing machine, so you can screw them left or right to raise or lower each foot, so even on uneven garage, basement, carpet, tile floors you can have a level area for your fight stand. With raised edges it grips your fight stick keeping it from sliding during all that 360 button mashing.. I mean tactical precise movements.
Also all photos are of adjustable stands, the adjust ability is where the issue of wobble comes to play, if you don't think you will ever lower your stand to sit at the couch, just get the non adjustable standing and save some loot.
Also we designed the stand like this so it would be light weight and cheaper to ship if you want to weigh it down with a bag of sand, or some weights, there is a perfect pocket inside for this. trust me you will not be dis satisfied with this product.
Feel free to hit us up through email with any of your questions
We can make them or supply you some screws, we have had that thought as well.
I also found because I am a 360 button mashing T-Hawk player that my squeeze clamp helps also haha but I play like a maniac.
I got this DJ Hero Turntable Case/Stand for $5 @ Best Buy awhile back and it makes a great Mad Catz FightStick TE stand!
@SRKen, check the 'About' section of the site. This is a site about Capcom fighting games. I wouldn't say it's a Capcom fanboy site, it's just that Capcom fighting game news IS the premise of the site. It's like saying the wikia pages for Fallout or Mass Effect are fanboy sites of their respective franchises -- they're not; the founders and contributors may have a very wide palette when it comes to gaming, but for the sake of streamlining etc the sites are devoted to one or few portions of the gaming world.
Who put fighting games on the map? Capcom, Who made the best fighting game of all time? Capcom, Who revolutionized fighting games & set the standard? Capcom, Who brought fighting games back in 2008? Capcom, Who's leading the entire fighting game genre as of right now? Yep Capcom, I'm pretty sure that makes them forever the King of fighting games.
If you want MK, Smash, SC, BB, & KOF crap go to SRK.
Good idea, better music ;D
I'd love to have this in my home if I had the room to do it. Could always use the garage though...
