The El Fuerte guide in the Super Street Fighter 4 section of EventHubs has been updated. It now contains detailed explanations on all of Fuerte's moves.El Fuerte is a pure mixup and stun character that also doubles as a grappler. He has fast footspeed, fantastic bait and feint techniques and a huge momentum-based offense game. There is no other character who can capitalize so heavily on knockdowns like Fuerte can, and it shows in his domination during okizeme. Fuerte also has very good punish Ultras and solid anti-fireball tactics and is the only character in SSF4 with an infinite.
El Fuete's biggest problem is his damage output. He has to make quite a few successful educated guesses to inflict significant damage. Also, one wrong guess by El Fuerte could lead him to eating really big damage which hurts him badly since his stamina is pretty low. Fuerte's options after he is knocked down are also really poor, forcing him to take really risky gambles to avoid knockdown pressure. His normal attacks are also sub-par, not allowing much in terms of pokes or space control.

i love elf. dude is too much fun . but m.bison and akuma are my worst match ups any tips would be appreciated. my favourite match ups are guile , sagat and balrog mixing them up is an absolute blast.

against bison dont fear the head stomps or devils reverses. even the ex ones. you can air grab them everytime when done right. and far st mp works really well against scissors and slides. far hk also works well against slides. ex run is a good option against bison scissor kick pressure. im sorry if this doesnt help im kinda just pulling out random facts from my head that have to do with bison.
@4 will see what i can do. another huge problem is rushdown shotos freak i hate not being able to get my momentum going. got so annoyed i briefly switched to gen and started winning with him before the love of the mexijuice came back
dude i can't rsf for shiznit, i win with nothing but mixups and ultras these days best one is catching a raging demon with ultra one , ah yes i screamed forst time i did that. also i need some advice/sparring partner / mentor , my game has stagnated with elf , i now use like 7 other characters to a fairly decent standard due to aforementioned stagnation.

the fact that he is getting nerfed is ridiculous , thank goodness i have back up characters but they are not as fun as him (elf > adon > cammy > fei > gen >guy > vega >dudley > cody >rufus >ibuki> zangief) , sure the losses sting but the victories are oh so much sweeter than any other character in one year of playing this game online i have faced maybe 5 elfs besides myself , yet over 1000 ryus , kens and akumas , it is pathetic. all dude needed was maybe a health buff since they are nerfing his damage , it is not like we can all rsf anyway, their reasoning for nerfing him is flawed , plus they are nerfing my blazblue main as well come on developers this is just wrong.
