If you want to go further, Marn participated in a bunch of matches, and a video archive is up over on uStream, but it's over two hours long, so there's a bit to sift through.

Super Turbo Japanese reflexes.
He didn't know.
He just reacted.
Marn wasn't playing seriously, I'm no dickrider but he doesn't drop billions of links usually and switch ultra 1 against non-projectile characters.
This was a casual match right? Otherwise I expected taunts and **** load of roses tossed at his opponents ^^
@hayate
it was a 2+ hr stream. he played a lot of unknown japanese players and did taught and throw roses. he did play acqua, tokido and mago and i believe had losing records against them all, although a lot of matches were close.
he beat most of the unknowns i think.
I don't understand when gamers say "ouch" as their characters gets hurt.
Is this really Marn vs. Mago? As far as I know Mago wears glasses and looks a lot different. The one on the left looks like Tokido and not Mago... am I missing something here?
These were some very entertaining matches, but sadly, my wish to see a truly fearsome Dudley player remains unfulfilled. Marn's got some good combos, but most of the time Mago was making him look free.
Also, once again, Fei Long is a freaking BEAST.
of course he was playing serious. who the hell plays Mago and takes it lightly (besides other top japanese players, if even that)
@marn
it kinda looked like their was a bit of nervousness if im not mistaken. you dropped alot of combos that you usually land point on. maybe you were just tired. whatever the case great match.
#25: That was Tokido, who I believe knows how to speak English. Mago seemed to be in the other room, so you could see them turning their heads and yelling at him time to time.
These were the most entertaining matches I've seen in a long time. Very dynamic matchup, lots of focus attacks and aggression. Good stuff!
Yeah that was Tokido translating. He has very solid english. My friend and I ran into him at EVO. Also I'd love to see the people who always say Japan is so much better in general at SF watch the whole stream and keep Marn's win ratio. They are a great set of players, but we aren't so bad oursleves.
About to watch! I hope Mago wins!
