Question: Are any of these combo's possible to do in SSF4 version of Dudley?

I doubt it but then again, there hasn't been much combo vids featuring Dudley in SSF4 yet, so I'm curious to see what his true combo potential is in this game.

And this is why damage scaling makes sense in S/SF4. I hope people complaining about it will finally understand why: any game with instant death combos will have balance issues. Although S/SF4 has a couple of instant death combos (only possible with Gouken on Seth and Boxer if you don't count infinites) they're so impractical that it's impossible to land them in a real match.
