Juicebox is back with another great podcast over on BLGaming.com. He breaks down the various areas you should look at to improve your play and which goals to set to help you along the way. Most of this is stuff people already know, but at the same time, a well-known player like Juicebox laying it out so plainly is bound to bring it home better than any amount of thinking "I should probably practice my combos more" or "I need to work out where I'm going wrong in my losses". I just wish it was all as easy to do as he makes it sound...
I listened to the podcast and he didn't make sound easy and it isn't easy. It is a process he has taken and many other players have taken as well. There is no shortcuts and one has to practice and employ those methods he spoke of. For the record, well articulated podcast Juicebox, well done I was left impressed.
@#5/akumous:
Yeah, I worded that poorly. I really meant, well, nothing easy to express, but closer to "straightforward" than "easy". Sometimes all the things you're doing to improve your game aren't really helping, you're just spinning your wheels and getting nowhere, and Juicebox doesn't explain how to deal with situations like that. That's what I was trying to say.
people should be saying thank you to Juice. So many whiny people complained when Justin/Ross/Gootecks, gasp, asked to charge for lessons. They said the pro didnt want to help us for FREE................. Here you go.......... Thanks Juice!!!!
Juicebox! I like this.
