@alfarin: From what I've read and heard, they were insanely strict on cameras and phones there; so anyone seen with one or the other was immediately taken out. This is probably the best we can ask for until there is an official release of gameplay footage.
Looking forward to these updates. I mean, I hope we get them as dlc.I would imagine we would. But i still want ELENA!!!! PLEASE just put her in. And btw, who the hell is Ingrid lol? I hear about her, but dont remember her at all. hmmmmm....

I just looked up some videos of her and she seems like a decent enough fighter.... hmmmm.. Still want Elena though more than anyone lol. Capoeira is just such a kewl fighting style. Would love to see her back.

Is that how Capcom wants us to first see these new characters? Like is it a good marketing strategy? I'm truly asking here, because it seems completely unrealistic in the year 2010 for video to not leak from a public beta. I'm sure Capcom isn't surprised this afternoon.
P.s. still not a Yun or Yang fan but I do have hope the rest of us non-juggle whores will have someone to fit our fancy.
P.s. Elena's move transfer over to this game so naturally it'll be mortifying if she doesn't make it.

Oh wow, they kept Yun's backflipping backdash. I wonder if Yang kept his too. That'd be an interesting tool. It's a long dash, but I would think they are backdash invincible for it like everyone else is.

How come us, the people who want to play this game can't get good footage from capcom since there promoting this new version of sf. Capcom sucks at times promoting especially since we know yun is in the game. They really should have allowed cameras. They act like those people there weren't going to open there mouths.
Actually we need a wrestling ring for Gief and Elf. Also bring back ROLENTO,ALEX,Q,BIRDIE,EAGLE,HAGGAR. I swear its as if capcom is like a hot girl who loves to cock tease us fans. My "equipment" was a 2MP phonecam, I knew it would be rubbish but you take what you can get right? I could have asked them nicely if they'd let me set up my own shots from a good distance, and could they maybe turn down the volume of the whole arcade so it isn't too loud. But given the rage faces they gave at seeing a phone, the signs everywhere saying "No Pictures" and my desire to actually get to play the thing at some point as well I thought better of it. As for if it deserves to make the front page or not, well that isn't my call is it? A lot of people seem happy to have something over nothing though...

People complaining about the quality need to understand how difficult this stuff was to get. There are TONS of people trying to get video and photos of this and we're lucky we got anything.
Elstob deserves major kudos for being able to get this stuff before anyone else could. And to date, as far as I know, he's been the only one able to.

Im tired of this Clovr4lyf kid, go ahead and complain on every single story about not getting footage of new characters. Then when we actually do get footage, which is incredibly tough to do, you still complain about it. Give me a break man, give credit to this guy for takin a risk and getting some sort of footage. Yun looks great btw, fast dash, huge air on his launcher for some good juggles.

Who cares about a street fighter musical. This has a lot more to do with street fighter than a musical you know. This is whats happening with the update a thought it is poor quality. What new information does a street fighter musical have for us?

Capcom needs to work on CVS3, SSF4 just came out and they are already adding to it. If costumes were $5 a pack DLC, I cant imagine how much DLC characters will be...$15 a piece??? I'll buy SSF4 when they unlock game save backups. Capcom is the only company that doesn't allow backups for game saves.
TBH, although I think complaining about the quality of the picture is a bit stupid (seeing as getting caught taking a video would get you kicked out and fiddling with settings is the surest way to draw attention to yourself), and the people complaining are obviously doing so because their musical didn't get mentioned, I DO think that if I were elstob, I would've just enjoyed playing the game and not gone out of my way to break the simple rules that the loc test set out. It's not as if waiting a week to see a video of Yun and Yang would kill anyone, and clearly "getting props for providing the exclusive" isn't working out exactly as planned (half the people are bitching).
I just don't see the appeal in providing bootleg images and similar stuff like pirating games. Why's it so important? I'd have been happy to simply play the games before anyone else.

Be grateful there IS a video of it. Seriously, I'm tired of all the negative and trolling comments about everything Capcom does rather it is for who they choose to add to the roster, or what content they are including in their products. They are the ones making the game and can do it whatever it is they want to. If you want to disagree or make a choices for what goes in a game, Get a job in game development then.

The so called first look of the characters are those people who were there at the location test. We are all just outsiders who aren't supposed to see this stuff yet. At least not until TGS. The arcade version was made for the Japan community after all.
I was very interested to see the video and images no matter how blurry they were. I believe I am not the only one. So, yes, they should put this up until we get a better one. Thanks, Catalyst.

I love it. It's like the SF4 team is admitting that they have no idea how to make a game that requires tact or skill, so they try to make it up to the fans by shoehorning in as many old fanservice characters as possible. SSF4 is a sh*tty game and it will only be a huge disservice to the awesome 3S characters.
