Some are pretty awesome, some are really weird looking (Gladiator? helmet Bison?), and some just... wouldn't work? How does Hakan work if he's fully-clothed? And how would Seth's ultras work if he was wearing a suit covering his ball-thing?

Sagat has the worst costumes atm and this sketch is pretty sad too. Keep his shorts give him hand/feet wraps and thai head/arm bands like a real muay thai fighter its so obvious and right....Adon looks the part stock why can't Sagat in an alt. Pants, then more pants and some homo mma gloves jeez come on already.

The characters I care about:
Cammy: Amazing. Love it.
Sakura: My favorite one is the bottom left one.
Juri: So many good ones I can't choose.
Makoto: 1st, 2nd, and 4th ones are AMAZING.
Ibuki: I prefer her first one the most.
Rose: I don't like any of them particularly. The one they gave w/ SSF4 is going to be tough to top.
Seth: SO CLASSY! A MUST!
Rufus: The right one is great.
Abel: Don't like it that much
Akuma: hard to top his current one, but this one is pretty good.
Vega: I don't like any of them.

omg these are so well done. Sakura- Second form bottom left is actually quite nice. Kimono with bicycle shorts hmm
Makoto - Second and fourth on the top. Seems to be the most sought after. either one would be great for me,
Gen - my main- I actually like the first 1. seems like his original outfit but sleeveless.
Rose and Ibuki may be a bit too sexy but I'm not complaining.
Chun with hair let down? that would be great.

police chun li is freaking awesome, im in love with the kunoichi costume for ibuki, i prefer any of the variations of the second sakura costume over the one that was selected (but i like it anyway), the top makoto costumes are really cool and strider guy would be amazing.
and capcom what the hell! you guys have all those incredible options and select by far the worst ones, the second alternative costume of chun li is the most horrible thing they could chose, and almost all of those are better options.

I like Juri as she is in her original costume, but their choice for her alternative was horrible, I think. It just doesn't suit with her animations (because of the tight pants). :| Some of those in the picture looks very nice. It would've been great if someone could find a bigger pic of her sketches though. It's a bit small.

That #2 Bison is cool if he wasn't freaking bald. ALL of Ken's are better than BOTH the alternates they gave him ESPECIALLY psycho Ken at the bottom. I like the one they chose though. Each Chun Li outfit is better than the one they gave her. The Bearded Dhalsim is pretty awesome, so is Gen's jumpsuit at the end lol. Juri's outfit right below her name is hot. Rose's top one by her name is sexyyyyyy. Ryu's #1,4,6 are BEAST. Seth's should'v been his first alt. Overall I only see a FAIR amount of creativity in these alt concepts. They should really think hard when doing alts because they can be the reason behind someone using a character or not using them.

That last Ryu costume is pretty sweet as well. Exactly the sort of clothes you expect someone to be wearing while travelling the world, so it certainly fits.

Seth's (Southern rich man outfit is just amazing)
Makoto's 2nd or 4th one (4th one is too bad ass to pass up)
Juri's (All of them are good, seriously)
Sakura's 6th (she needs pants)

Seth looks like a classic southern man from the early 1900s in that outfit. I would definitely buy all of the above besides Guy because I don't play Guy, ever. If I did I would buy his.

1. Cammy looks awesome.
2. Chun-Li 5 through 9 are really good. (I need a sluttier Chun)
3. Both of the Guy alts are godlike... Strider? Yes!
(How cool would it be if Guy really was Strider all along? Lol.)
4. Both Ibukis are great... Need more skin.
5. Please stop trying to make Ken look lame... Jesus. The only ones worth keeping here are 6 and 7. The rest must burn.
6. All the Makotos are cool but 2 and 3 are the best.
7. All of those Bisons are terrible.
8. Rose 1 and 3 are must haves.
9. Most of those Ryus are gay. Number 5 is cool though. UFC'ish.
10. Sagat has suffered enough. These alts would do him in...
11. Sakura 3 and 4 are too much like the Alt 1 we already have. I NEED 5 and 8, 5 if i must choose one.

Vega's bottom ones look badass, loving the oni mask and ninja style get-up, nothing beats his original though ^^ Gotta say however when designing new costumes for Vega they should design something more akin to the psychotic side of his personality but obviously keeping it beautiful still :P

I dont see any reason why they choose the stupidest alt ever for Makoto (the farmer one), when they have such wonderful desings. #1 is the best one, i think. The last one is good too and #4... so WHY they choose that stupid farmer outfit. Somebody in capcom really hates Makoto, i think. It was a sabotage =)

Sagat's 2nd and 3rd alt is fine. His first alt sucked. It was just a pair of tights. Big deal. His second alt with the sweats is cool because it looks something he would throw on for a day of training. The eyeband and traditional arm bands are a cool touch. His 3rd alt is a more traditional look for someone that is Thai. Not a thai boxer look, but just a traditional outfit for a Thai gentleman. I feel like the outfits should represent the chars culture. Sagat is Thai. He has a rich heritage and I want Capcom to explore that.

I would love to slap the face of the guy inside Capcom who said... "Wow look at all these amazing Makoto costumes, well but what we really need to use is this disgusting factory worker costume". Seriously. I would also love to slap the people that agreed with him. It would feel so good.
Also, make UFC Ken happen. Looks simply amazing. Really hope it is his next costume. How they chosen Cowboy Ken instead of any of these, just blows my mind.

That strider costume for Guy is unreal...
Vega and Ibuki's ninja suits are beast-mode! Don't know why they didn't choose 'em - but I'm happy with Vega's bullfighter/spanish suit.
I really would've preferred Hakan to have the Spartan suit, but they went with the winter attire, oh well...
Swimsuit Sakura is instant fap fap fap...
Why didn't Makoto get anything other than farmer suit?
Ken's alts are all incredible, I love the cowboy though and it's more original than Ryu's "ripped shirt", "komodo", and now "street clothes"

balrog alt is hot
makoto alts are hot (the 3 out of the 4 in the top row)
first 3 on the bottom are cool for sakura
chun li with long hair is hot (we don't need the slutty alts, though they have their own fun to them as well)
first gen alt is hot
guile alt is thumbs DOWN
ken as akuma and kazuya look kinda cool. ken in the suit is cool.
juri alts are crazy... quite revealing (aka slutty) but not bad >:-} i like her battle oriented ones best though.
bald bison is funny but cool.
ryu alts with beads or the grey shirt are cool as hell...
seth alt is terrible.
when it comes to he chicks... i like the fanservice as much as the next str8 guy, but i can certainly do without it always being there. give some good fighting alts, and then maybe a couple of fanserveice alts... but the fighting alt should be great looking.

Vega has the ugliest costumes by far even these sketches of his look underwhelming. His alternates in SFIV are just plain ugly and a big diappointment. I expected his newest one to look more like a ninja outfit with a claw.
Chun Li's alternate prototype looks awesome. The one with her hair down reminds me of Katara from Avatar.
