The Honda and Hakan scene is ridiculous! I love it.
You know these are so bad they're great. I guess some aren't too bad though but most of them are just funny as hell.

Why people request these cutscenes is beyond me. I don't think I've ever watched a single one. A waste of resources if you ask me. They should've put the people working on these on more Important things.

For the people who do care about SFIV's storyline, it is definitely worth checking out the animated movie that was released when SFIV hit the shelves : "Street Fighter IV : The Ties That Bind".
The rivalries and general storyline will make a LOT more sense once you've watched the movie, and you'll realize that the main story is actually pretty well done for a fighting game.
The movie uses the same voice acting as in the game.

It was really a shame they didn't just take the time to use the in game graphics for intros and endings. The static anime just didn't cut it. And why the hell is Abels story about a Kitten.

I have no complaints about the english voices because I CAN UNDERSTAND THEM. don't weeaboo too hard you may hurt yourselves lol. my only exception fuete, I know many a latino and none have an accent as annoying as his, but it is cool he was taught by T. Hawk

I was watching these just yesterday and wow it got annoying hearing Chun Li say "You're coming with me". Not that I would mind going anywhere with Chunners! :B
I just had a weird idea while watching this. Seth has a move-set comprised of SF4 cast members, what if they creating new versions of seth? Seth V.20 for the new characters/ones being added. Just a thought. It would be interesting and instead of "wasting a slot" like some of you guys say -.- they could just make it so that you have to hold a button while choosing him, y'know?

Most of them are better in Japanese.
All the Juri ones, except Bison, were phenomenal. They felt animated and alive.
Hakan vs Cviper and Ehonda was really good too.

I hate Sakura's voice. So much. It is like they literally just grabbed a teenage girl and tossed her behind a mic, which is WAAYYYY more disastrous than it sounds (you know, as opposed to a trained actress).
Anyway, I don't anything about the cutscenes, but can it be implied that the ones for characters who weren't shown in the first video just had the same rival scene in Vanilla (i.e. Abel or Vega)?

Also, I'm not a weeaboo, I'm just Japanese. When my friend whose American asked me why I need to listen to them in japanese, there are 2 reasons why.
The japanese voices were the ones that were originally intended for the characters, and though most american's don't notice it, many things are mispronounced. Almost like the one @sshole that goes to a mexican restaurant and pronounces all the "h" sounds as J's.

Y'know, one thing about some of these I've never understood, that expression some characters make where one eye is open wider than the other. Balrog does it, Juri does it, maybe someone else I don't remember at the moment. What the heck is that? Some sort of anime thing?

I don't care what language they're speaking. I've never even heard the Jap voices so I can't compare. All I'm saying is annoying voices are annoying.

That's the point she's suppose to sound like an average teenage girl....and it was played by a professional voice actress......and if they kept it in the game don't you think THAT'S WHAT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR!
Chun-Li's going to lose that finger to someone who don't take kindly to being pointed at
I was watching the mouths and while there were times where it was obivoously off on the sounds the mouth would make, it isn't as bad as the old school martial arts films(hell a few modern animes do that) where you'd see a few seconds of the lips flapping with no sound or worse DELAYED sound
and you got to remember, A. They didn't go back and pull a ff13(THANK GOD!) and spend time re-syncing lips B.these are only on for 30 seconds and if you're paying attention and nit picking of course sh_t's going to fall apart, these are just suppose to be like "Oh hey this this and his is happen and this is why we're fighting" not "WE"RE GOING FOR THE OSCAR!"
