Nyoronoru put together a ton of revisions for the Cammy Super Street Fighter 4 guide here on EventHubs.Cammy is a super-offensive high-execution character. Once she gets inside the opponent's zone she can be an absolute nightmare with a flurry of tick throws or nasty hit confirms.
She is one of the few characters in the game with a dive kick, and she has a very fast walk speed allowing her to close ground quickly and apply a lot of pressure.
Once she baits a move and gets her knockdown, it can be very difficult to get Cammy off of you, as she has a ton of offensive options to keep you guessing. She also builds EX meter at a swift rate due to her being in her opponent's face constantly.

Looks great overall, but you might want to add a disclaimer on the "Sako combo." It only works on roughly half the cast and thats including the other variations.

Unrelated, but I just logged onto SSF4 and it made me download patch 1.02. Anyone know what this is? It wasn't around this morning.

So let me get this straight... there seems to be(i could be wrong) alot of safe moves on block ala charge characters are untouched but you nerf cammy's TKCS as if you could totally dominate with it. She needed a decent cross up to mix the turtles up all of her pressure for the most part was face forward and now your nerfing a move that was mostly used in combos, pressure, and mix ups(thats all she is) and that anyone with any cammy knowledge knows it can be FADC countered... if it goes through i'm not playing this anymore cause I only used her via vanilla and super >:o
