This time I'd like to talk about Yang's special moves.

Sounds like U1 is good as an AA as well in that case.
As for U2, the juggle damage it does is pitiful from what I've seen. I don't think it's worth comboing into it.
Seems to be good against fireball characters though.

I wonder if U2 can be comboed into from Super like U1
why does Yun HAVE to be better than Yang? I think that Yang being more viable is just fine. He looks great, pretty excited to play him. I messed around with him in 3rd strike and he def had a lot of potential. I wonder if he has his unblockable? (def wont) ;)
Yun looks good, and im sure he wont get bodied by the whole cast or anything. I think that both twins will be mid/low-mid tier and thats fine.
Are Yun and Yang going to be charge characters?

No, they really don't. The only time people liked Yun is when he was a god tier in SF3. In other words, Yun has no fans, only tier whores.
Is there any idea when the new characters will be announced?
It really does look like Yang will finally surpass his brother.

It's funny how there are two extremes. There are elitists in the street fighter community and then there are people like you who act extreme towards those elitists. THERE ARE JUST FANS YOU KNOW?
Personally, I'm going to play yun a lot more. His play style is like rufus and ibuki combined (at least what I see of him in those ssf4) AND he has the craziest combos I've ever seen. I love characters with depth. I don't care what the tier list says. It doesn't stop me from playing makoto so why Yun if he turns out bad (which I can't see happening with that palm strike).
reading these things lessons, and dilutes, the stability of the rumor of 6 new characters. :|

I mean... Yun, and Yang were respectively in Vanilla, as was Ibuki..... (The Kunai in Fei's ending)
Makoto and Dudley were just high requests...
Dee Jay and T.Hawk were supposed to be in Vanilla...
and Adon makes an appearance by getting Tiger Destroyed (lol)...
So...
Guy, Cody, Dudley, and Makoto are the only character that really shouldn't be in :|...
Glad they are since I main Dudley, mained him since IIIs...
But anyway...

but there is still hope for the dlc version, maybe another 2 characters.. just balanced and wanted, like Rolento, every forum u check the demand for rolento is about 50% .. (im not a rolento fan, just saying) the other one.. dont know.. maybe alex but than again, too much tears about grapplers
