If you want my opinion, I want to see NEW STAGES! thats the only way the game will feel NEW!
take a look at this mod of sf4, you see how it somewhat feels new with a different style stage.

What we need are more stages from Europe side (Mainly England, France, Italy) and Mexico, Las Vegas USA Casino and Thailand for sagat and adon.
So there 6 new characters and 6 new stages.
That day and night crap doesn't cut it.

I would love to see oro, he is a cool char, he is a mysterious guy, but what I would love to see more are the new stages, vega spain stage was so cool, it would cool to see a new stage full of stones that can be break by players while using his attacks and things like that, I dont care much about new chars (gonna keep cody as main) and it will sux cause new chars wont have story :s, so it sux to beat seth to see the credits :S

2 months away and an assumed 4 more characters. I don't see that happening. Maybe 2 more characters at the most. I would imagine that there will be more loke tests and they would need to have some big ones in terms of what they put into the game for more balance tweaks and 4 (or less) more characters.
Capcom did all of the console characters for vanilla SF4 without a loc test so why can't they do more arcade characters in the same vein?
What else would Capcom be hyping as an announcement if it's not more characters? There isn't much more they could add to the arcade besides them and new stages were already ruled out.

rumor was already proven to be true when yang and yun were announced. no one had predicted new characters up until then. development on this game was finished a ways ago and capcom didn't need all of this time to add two more characters. there's more coming...

There is no way that can be Dan's foot, his toes are facing upward. There is no way it could be Juri's foot because her stance wouldn't make sense holding her foot out like that, unless she broke her foot.

Two things that are interesting about this poster:
1. The poster is in blue and red, much like Gill's color. That could mean something, or it could mean nothing... who knows?
2. If you look at Yun and Yang, they are outlined and they shadow the characters behind them. This tells me that they've been added in to the photo, which also means more can easily be added.
Basically I'm trying to say, if you doubt that more characters are coming (which I do a little bit, just because it seems to good to be true), this is me trying to kill the doubts ya'll may have (and I have).
The Blue and red =Gill my guess is that the arcade Sercert boss once Defeated Seth Gill appears in the arcade edition
Gill should be in Street fighter iv because his storyline conencts with alex his storyline of alex wants to get revenge on gill remember during his own story
The Blue stands for love and the red stands for Hatred that is what gill had said in his ending
