Street fighter looks crappy, but some of the other games looked like they'd port alright.
iphone is such a horrible system for games.. can't believe its competition with ds and psp
Playing on the iPhone isn't that bad. Have you guys actually tried it? You can move the buttons around if they get in your way and if you hold it right your fingers never really get in the way. I know it looks and sounds weird, but when you actually play it it's not bad.
#6 Totally agree, it's not meant to be a replacement, but for on-the-go, iPhone (and iTouch) works great. Hardly anyone carries around an actual portable gaming system to work and other places. I love playing games on it...it's what gets me through my crappy metro commute.
#7 Old school SF2 was unforgiving like that. You could lose 2/3 of your life from one combo or get stunned almost immediately.
I doubt any of the people posting the negative comments have even tried playing SFIV on the iphone... The console isn't bad in the least it just takes getting used to. If you've honestly never played at least SFIV on the iPhone, you have no credibility to judge it's function. No one's forcing you to purchase anything so stop whining that your console didn't get it.
Moving on topic....
I wonder if we will have to purchase credits via cash or do you gain it from some other area. Either way, if it's cash, the app itself should be free.
its not bad, but it cant compare to a DS or PSP. that SSF4 on the new 3DS looks real good. imo if you want a real portable gaming experience, go for a DS or PSP. still its not bad. i seriously doubt iphone's gonna try & compete with the other portable game systems. its good that capcom's spreadin the gamin love everywhere. its just good business.
Baller arcade setup. But wow this is the original SF II! Only 8 characters!
