i like how jayce hall tries to sound hip while spitting out SF lingo... fadc into shoryu!!
This was put together perfect.
I like all the terms about SF used in the video and also mentioning real people like Justin Wong (and Tay Zonday?!?!).
Overall it flowed well and stayed true, especially about the scrubs who j.Hk>c.Hk all the time.
And yes, those babes were smokin!!!
Though, also I should add... Bison's not a turtle :p
where do i start?
@anyone thinking that this song is cool or good: you guys are about as much of a joke as this music video.
Tay F**king Zonday! And you know that is the closest JWong has ever gotten to ass like that. Why would they do this? as if any of these dudes didnt have trouble getting laid already.
@Jesuslovessatan
I think the problem is you don't have any rhythm.
@ 26
That Asian bitch from WCG was pretty bangin too.
I bet he finagled some head from her for a few pointers on fighting games. lol
DID HE JUST ULTRA 1 IN TRAINING MODE? OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
That vid was like landing Abel's Breathless, entertaining and mindless, lol.
it would had been much better if justin wong wasnt in it
@#23
That would be funny if The Rock actually never made a rap song before in the past. Youtube it.
And this is way better than Red Rapper.
Are those the guys from the SF High The Musical in the video too!?!
Also why no SF3 gameplay in the video? They show SF1 but not SF3?
the video is pretty good...it's one of those it's so bad it's good kinda videos. The song is just terrible though. That guy that made "good morning mr.masters" is 10x better than this rapper, whatever his name his.
Probably the first and last time Justin Wong has been around that many women.
All my good friends are in this video, glad this was posted to Eventhubs.
@Haters - Make something great of your own if you don't like it so much. I'd like to see you try :).
Cool concept but the lyrics and the video could have been more could have been a little better.
Turbo2k5 and Redrapper are the only ones I seen that "get" how to do a good Street Fighter rap song.
At lest the girl in the ring with Jwong was hot.
At anyone who takes this with a grain of salt as Jace being serious and people saying it's good as in a good actual song, get your head checked. Jace just does it for the lulz, You'd know this especially if you watch Jace hall alot, he does pull alot of Cameos, like he got Ice T(and his wife) he got Stan Lee even 3D realms and got the first footage of Duke Nukem forever back in 2008.
loved the video... ehh the lyrics not so much.. but it was kool.
it was alright...I wouldn't watch it again though...
You guys should look up Street Fighter Musical on Youtube. Buncha those cos players are in this.
@bushinryuken
that is about the dumbest thing anyone can say to critics. I know you were trying to be smart and invalidate "haters'" by your high horse remarks, but you failed. The song is absolute crap, even with lowered standards(as this is a song about a video game).
@malda
i know that it is for fun, but it just makes my internet blood boil when people say "if you think it's so bad then why don't you do it yourself" kinda remarks. It just sounds so retarded to me.
As a musician, ( Google: Sweet Hollow, Spokane, WA ) I think a great deal of effort and hard work went into this. Well done!
As a fan, it's cool to see someone who was so inspired as to actually put in the time to really pull this off!
This has a light hearted campy feel, that I thought was a bit reminiscent of the Vanilla "Indestructable" title track. If given the choice I would probably prefer listening to this song over that one. (Although Indestructable was fine, this is more "aggressive-ish" aaaaand lyrically really caters to the fans.)
There are some quality video/audio production values, and a simple easily repetitious chorus to go round and round in any listeners head.
It's good to see so many of the faces that are common staples of our Street Fighter family, from the cosplayers, to some of the top gamers themselves.
Although I am a wondering as to who some of the cast members were? Are they Capcom Employees, PR people, sales people, or whatever? So much thought went into this I hardly believe any of them are randoms.
Anyhow, for whatever it may be worth, I really enjoyed it, got a good laugh, and will have the words "Street Fighter" roaming around in my head to the melody now for days to come! Thanks dude.
See you on XBL!
Thats the whitest black dude ever.
Also, that girls ass gave my erection and erection.
@jaybonaut
@Jaybonaut
umm Evan Almighty cost some $120 million and "a lot of work to pull off" yet that didn't stop that movie from being an absolute piece of crap.
I don't want to disrespect the music industry by putting this song and music industry in the same sentence.
can't believe so many negative punks on here. Lighten up for once guys, and realize that this dude, who's probably just an average player or worse, has produced a better quality product out of his time than you or your friends ever have, for SF or any other community. It's obviously not serious and is meant to make you chuckle at the references and cameos placed in a music genre that takes itself a little seriously at times. But what am I saying, Haters gonna Hate. Go play as Dan, he's not a joke character obviously.
Lulz at people taking youtube seriously. Wanna say Tay Zonday was there just to make SURE we knew it was for the lulz.
catalyst... please, no more. You're destroying the love for SF
It was clearly for fun. Unlike Red Rapper who is completely serious about his SF raps. Lol.
Well, it's better than Justin Beiber, Ke$ha, and the Legend of Chun-Li movie, so really we can't hate on this.

Check out this guys stuff :P
So fat fcuks get women HOT WOMEN?!? yea ok.. ok. This sucks worse than the diarrhea dump i had last night.
Damn you guys takes this way to seriously LOL.
First off, Jace isn't some random dude. Well maybe to the "rap" industry. He started Monolith many, many years ago. The company behind games like Blood, Condemned, Condemned 2, Fear, etc. He knows a lot so celebs and uses that to put together a funny show where he basically bashes himself.
The hot chick with JWong is actually Jace's girlfriend.
Capcom approached Jace to make a song after the success of the "I play wow" song. So you will probably be hearing it a lot LOL.
However, he does play the game, but he's pretty scrubby with Ken haha.
Anyway, I liked it for what it was. A decent song about a game I love and a funny video with many familiar faces. Good stuff.
