I don't think Adon needed any buffs to be honest. Atleast they nerfed his wake up time though.

Sounds like you can direct ultra 2 after the flash, which would be great. Even if two players stand next to each other, they neutral jump and you jump straight up and ultra it will whiff unless they are right up in your grill

Dictator buffs aren't really buffs at all, good ones anyway.
Charge command on ultra 2 takes away it's "Scariness" almost completely, and his EX moves are still too good to save it for super (which is still a charge) to get through a fireball.
Plus less damage on s.hk as AA.
Well..true gamer can adapt to anything so these nerfs or buffs not gonna change my mains no matter how bad i lose or win..

I really think that slowing down Adon's wake up is lame. That's part of what makes him special. He's not overpowered by any means, but when you fight him you gotta keep his fast wake up in mind.
And EX jaguar tooth "buff" won't help at all. This move is so bad to begin with, I never ever use it unless I play against a complete noob and I wanna troll around. Or occasionally for movement purposes. Adon is alright right now, with his flaws and strenghts, but AA s.mk will be sweet.
If anything, they should improve invincibility on heavy rising jaguar. I don't get it why ppl say it's OP, it gets stuffed clean/trades 60% of the time. (EX is pretty good though).
And Bison, after all this time they still don't know how to balance his s.hk. Maybe it was too strong in Vanilla, I'm cool with that. But it's already pretty alright in Super. I won't complain about it though 'cause Bison is really strong anyway. Glad they don't nerf the crap outta him.
Wow, great Deejay changes. With the recovery buff on his air slasher and the changes to his sobats his combo potential has increased. Hopefully they can make some changes to his ex machinegun upper.
I dont understand the Deejay dash change. But all I'm hoping for is that he can more easily EX Machinegun into Dash Ultra 2 midscreen. Trust me that sh!t is hard as hell and nobody does it because its so unreliable. If they made his dash timing into ultra as easy as Guile's then maybe Deejay's ultra would be seen more.

Hmmm...is sonic hurricane going to be easier to setup as a trade for doing less damage??? It's not like it was doing 600 or anything, why would bisons damage get buffed when it has more setups?
Not happy about airthrow being nerfed:(...wow i hope they buff a good amount of his combo potential because i dont think those are the only things they will nerf unfortunately what with so many people whining despite this guiles similarity to vanilla.

And i would like more consistancy with his Jaguar kicks hitbox when an oponent is in the air. It wiffs way too many times when it clearly shoulnt.
liking the Guile changes. they didnt massacre him at least. i thought they were going to eliminate meter gain when throwing booms, but they didnt. no other very scary changes to him, negatively or positively. Though i dont know how the frames on his air throw will affect him. can anyone explain it to me? and what do you think about dan? better or worse?
No one liked guile, so why did the give deejay a much better projectile, while buffing his aa? it's not fun to just jump over projectiles the entire match, then get punched as you come down.
Seth only has 1 good ultra now, since u1 has lost all of its uses. the 50 stamina is not worth the loss of hp.

Those bison changes are nerfs, not buffs. The point of U2 was to shut down fireball games, now it won't. That's a HUGE nerf. Dic will never land the ultra anyway, so a damage increase is irrelevant.

But seriously...saying it won't affect anything is quite stupid. Seth's 6/4 that revolved around zoning (chun li), will be a 5/5 since he can't hold them back. Dudley, Deejay, and Adon's buffs change the way you're gonna need to play against them...so yes, they have made a difference.
Ryu can't escape corners...but I guess that's the same too. It won't make him harder to use.

well i didn't mean that it wouldn't literally affect anything but looking at a list of buffs and nerfs and then avin a right good moan on the internet about them compared to learning matchups again and tactics, its just easier to av a right good ol' bitch

why do they take things away from characters that make them unique? They took away Gen's unique jump arcs in super and now they take away Adon's wake-up time. It really didn't make him OP. It made you wary of trying some offensive mix-ups. An I hope they can give gen's unique jump arcs back though I highly doubt it. I thought it made his cross-up game better. We shall see what other changes made it in for every character.
I'm liking most of the changes from those that haven't been done yet in the blog like Dudley. I though Hakan would get more but of course this isn't the full list of changes.
At number #19. Wat r u talkin about.? The ex jag tooth buff will def help his projectile defense..especially when ur opponent is in the corner...which is a place all adon players shud put their opponents. Sure they nerfed his wakeup time..but it probably isn't that big of a nerf...plus he has the fast dash to help him when he wakes up and ex rising jag. The only thing I wish capcom wud do is up the combo damage in U2 like they did for makotos U1. U2 is heavily scaled in combos...even with a full revenge bar

Why nerf Dan when he should be buffed? At least let him usable to troll players online... And for people that like him have some fun playing him.

I don't understand this phobia from Capcom of making Dan a solid character. Yes he's supposed to be a joke... But does he really has to be so weak because of that? He's a playable character, it's a game feature... Let him be so far away from other character's advantages makes no sense...

zangief is my #2 charater. I'm glad to see his LP spd has an increased range. Will he still have those bad match-ups with SETH, Sagat Dhalsim, and Blanka? or will it be 5/5?
Really wanted to see Chun get something to deal with characters jumping in. Oh well. Her changes are not to drastic thank god. People talk like she is some beast of a character......I just don't see what the complaining is all about. People talk like just anyone can pick her up and lay the smack down on people when that is not the case at all.

They'd have to make it pretty damn quick for that to happen, or make it's startup invincible or throw invincible (which wouldn't help if you got LK'd from a crouch teching opponent).

The Seth matchup is infinitely better with J HP gone IMO. I only toy with Seth but the fight will certainly be more difficult for him I think. The Super buff doesn't help you at all though. Seth is very likely to get a full super in a Gief match, and God forbid you make a mistake jumping in. That's what, 330 damage and back to full screen?

Ok maybe "won't help at all" was too much. But I just think Adon is alright as he is right now. In fact the game is pretty cool as it his right now. I wouldn't mind having to deal with what we have without further balance.
Maybe we just don't have the same style of play. Jaguar Tooth is just almost useless to me at the moment, that's all.

Here is my problem. Ex: Chun Li Vs. Zangief.....
Playing Chun Li, I jump in and do a fierce punch attack. We know that Chun Li has a double hit fierce punch attack, but how is it that Zangief is able to grab me into a spinning air driver before the second punch even gets off? Am I missing something? It seems like trying to take a offensive shot with him, he can just grab me before I can start a heavy offensive chain. I am no expert at SF, but if anyone has tips on how to prevent this from happening would be greatly appreciated! thank you;)

I guess now we should stop dreaming and talk seriously a moment guy!.I believe (just an opinion) For those who still are dreaming about characters DLC (sold via network) should come back to planet earth. if these characters (the 6,yun&yang included or just yun&yang)might be playable at home so maybe we should wait for a nw game "post the arcade thing".They will PROBABLY release a whole new game with all these new characters and new changes for all characters. its impossible to play with the yun and yang of the arcade edition without having to bother for the other characters (impossible to extract them from the whole new game with these changes)...
i just think we should maybe wait for a new game "the arcade edition" in ps3 or xbox
The Dan trading damage for combos is fair. I don't really think he got buffed or nerfed. Its just a balanced trade, but I think it'll make him more fun.
I hope Hakan didn't get too good... I kinda like being the only person who uses him...
If there is one game I KNOW I wouldn't give in to buying, it's a NEW release for a game that's DLC material AT BEST.
I love the new content, but if Capcom wants to alienate some fans, they'll release AE as a new game.
I don't think it's cool to say "THEY CHANGED IT I WON'T BUY IT butsecretlyiwill", so I hate to say it: I will not buy AE if they make it a disc release. It is not worth $40 more of the little money I have to spare for games.
It's a $20 DLC IMHO.

Wow, I'm impressed, which I really didn't expect to be. I agree with almost every single change in the list here.
Unless EX Ducking is at least as fast as Light Ducking and as far as the hard version, I'm not sure Dudley will be boosted very much by this. More active frames on mk sweep wasn't exactly what he needed, and making a pretty useless EX-move only slightly less useless isn't really a meaningful buff. Faster F+MK is pretty sweet though. Wish Capcom would love him as much as they love Dee-Jay, but I guess he isn't charge enough :(

Okay, did Dan just get nerfed in exchange for a boost in combo ability. That can't be fair! They should only add to Dan's arsenal, decreacsing his damage is making usage for his moves useless and the only useless move Dan has is not even a move in his moveset.
