the episodes are really cool but they don't do much unless if new characters are revealed.
Well if its X-23 versus Modok, it'll kinda ruin the whole Capcom against Marvel theme :\

I wish she was coming, but when it comes to the default roster, I don't think Hsien-Ko will be in (since Capcom already said no more additional Darkstalkers will included) at the moment. Hopefully, that sentiment doesn't extend to DLC candidates.
At first glance, I thought the picture of Wesker was Akuma and I felt my wiener wiggle a little. Still though, the video is probably going to be awesome.
Hopefully MODOK can justify being a lame character. As far as I know, the only thing he's good for is finding fake "leaked lists" since he's not on a single one (or at least the ones made before he was announced).
I mean the way he fights. He's built to be a complete turtle character.
Not that I complain about people who "lame it out," I'd just rather face someone who rushes down like X-23 or Zero.
It's more fun to watch and even more fun to play.
I'm waiting for someone to confirm that he cannot block, because after seeing how he can:
-spam full screen laser blasts (regular and hypercombo)
-Place various traps that stay for a few moments like the "Watch your step" bomb, Analyze Cube (I think that's what it's called) and Acid on the ground like Dormmamu's flames.
-Create sheilds that block projectiles and are impassable.
-His shock grab hyper combo has reach like S. Skrull's command throw. (Not sure if it's a grab, but it looks like it)
-Can fly away
And I still have NEVER seen a video where he blocks. People always say "No one ever blocks in those videos." Umm, yeah they do; pay more attention. Until someone brings me video proof, I will continue to not think of myself as a dumb a**.
Akuma and Hsien-Ko are not in the game! PLEASE STOP ASKING!
Wesker looks awesome with those red eyes. Can't wait to see Episode 3. The only thing I want to know is... who else will join the fight? I know it has been stated but I'm hoping the original Mega Man joins the battle.

I'm still waiting to see a cinamatic fight scene between chun li and whoever? The last episode she just got for shadowed by Captain America and that's not fair.
@42 also she does have some powers she wasn't born with them like most marvel characters *CoughXmenCough* but her reflex and agility are at human peak, she has some low level telepathic powers and she posses CHi based powers like her infamous "Silence scream"...
Just add her and Psylocke and with Deadpool you'd have a whole team of NINJAS!
I think the ninja type character is filled by deadpool. However Psylocke would be cool.

Which I fully endorse, unless unverified information is spread.
Speaking of hopeful thinking, it may be entirely possible that the Frank West silhouette actually holds Phoenix Wright.
If there's ONE character Capcom would disinform about, it's the most requested character, and he might just be above MMX in requests.
There's also the fact that Sven said "NEVER assume" in regards to the silhouette.
But hey, there I go wishfully thinking again. :D

i think you kinda miss the point of that "dumb overused phrased"... it's not about hating something... it's about "hatin' on" something... just bad mouthing it for no real/legitimate reason - other than maybe the possibility that you simply don't like it.
it's like not being a fan of the color pink, and because of that you come about trashing the color. it's quite unnecessary more often than not. a better example is:
1) she-hulk sucks!! she's a dumb character who isn't even popular! idk WHY people act like she hot... he green skin and man arms are NOT a turn on. she doesn't belong in the game.
2) she-hulk sucks! she's slow, her moves don't that great of damage, she's super easy to counter, and every move she does easily punishable. plus she's predictable due to very limited moves.
the "1)" is simply hating, while the "2)" is not "simply hating" but giving legitimate reasons why the person doesn't like the character, or should i say, think she sucks.
*note - examples given are totally hypothetical and not the opinions of shadow050... shadow050 actually thinks she-hulk is hot btw, despite being green ;-)

Actually both your examples have legitimate reasons.
So example 1 is a hater because he/she dislike Shehulk’s due to her lack of sex appeal and popularity.
Whereas, example 2 is not a hater because he/she dislike Shehulk because her gameplay blows?
It’s kind of unfair to label those who dislike a character due to non gameplay reasons as “haters” don’t you think.
Despite your flawed examples, I understand what you’re trying to say so thanks for clearing it up.
Then the problem is the point of the phase has been lost because of so many people misusing the phase. I’ve seen too many people use that dumb phase regardless of any reasons or argument given for disliking a character.

the first example i gave is NOT a legitimate reason to claim a character sucks, within a game. it's a legit reason to not like a character, not not to claim the character sucks. saying a character sucks, under such conditions is just hating.

now, not likeing a character, because they're actually not good, and saying how they're not good, is not actually hating.
it may seem like a "fine line" between them, but that fine line still creates the MAJOR difference between simply hating on something, and not.
