@1 I wish they would at least make her Ultra to a charge I mean supposedly Bison is getting it for his why not her... Also I'm hoping the changes help his bad match-ups but I doubt it.. Would really like to see a cancelable running power bomb... Maybe Ultra 2 for Zangitan would have changed some of the game...

@16 - You sure you know Chun? Looks to me like you don't know her one bit. Chun is not at a disadvantage against Guile, Bison, Balrog, Seth, Sagat and most definitely not Ryu! If you think she is, then obviously there are so many things you're doing that are wrong and you need to get back to SF school. The only acceptable bad match-ups Chun has include Viper, Blanka, Akuma and Rufus. The rest of the cast are either arguably on equal footing with her or are simply not threats to her at all.
If you know how to zone with her, utilize her godlike pokes to their full potential, footsies, mix-ups, lvls 1-2 f.a.'s and dashes none of her 5-5, 6-4 and 7-3 matches will even give you the least bit of trouble.

even if chun takes skills to learn they still need to nerf that b*tch cuz half the cast cant do shlt against her. But capcom seems to love her so much so they keep giving her some slight tweaks, they might aswell make a chunli sex doll and fukk the shlt outta it

I main Zangief, and yes, this is a horrible match-up. About as bad as Gief vs. Dhalsim (though I actually like that match-up).
A big difference is that Chun zones with her legs....and her dash keeps her away from SPD's (one of Gief's best weapons). Then her U2 adds a lot of danger to jump-ins. It doesn't even look like jumping knee on cross-up can work because of wake-up SBK. Chun is great at turtling, zoning, and has the speed to make Gief pay for every whiff.
@21 - Blanka is a bad match-up for Chun especially if the Blanka player uses U2. None of Chun's normal anti-airs including the buffed df+lk work against Blanka's jump-ins. Ex Bird is always situational and most of the time get stuffed by Blanka's deep jump-ins and cross-ups. The only thing Chun can shut off with Blanka is Beast and Ex Beast Roll spams with U1 threat.
Haneyama = fastest Chun ever. He's always moving :)
And Blanka is a bad matchup for Chun because he can just Blanka ball all day with Chun having nothing to punish with up until Ultra 1. So if you are a Blanka player, just do slide to get in if Chun fireballs and use jab to blanka ball for damage up until Chun get an U1.

Imagine if Haneyama was at the NCR winner's finals against Vangief instead of Ricky O. Vangief would have been bodied even more so if he played Haneyama.
Also, I would love to see a mirror match between Zangitan and Vangief.
Chun can poke Blanka Balls so no point in arguing that, FA the slide or ball as well and basically Blanka has to wait for U2 and hope she throws a fireball to even go for it and the player won't if they have a life lead.

just pointing out how some players don't miss the opportunity to say chun is op etc whenever she wins, but when she gets destroyed (online godsgarden 2), there is almost no complaint lol
so much consider the chinese girl op (or the best character in the game), as if she's played (and wins) as often as vanilla sagat. She's obviously a very good character, but some other characters are simply better overall.
how often have we seen a chun player top 3 (or even top 8) in us tournaments ? wihtout picking any other character in a whole tournament mmmh ?
Many complain about a character who's finally not so popular as we could have expected; and don't realize there are stronger characters.
Not to mention that some of the best japanese players (nemo himself, mago, or daigo) don't even consider her top.
good match, good players, but almost unbearable commentary -- there's something just faintly sad about watching this pale white guy calling chun-li "bitch" constantly. rubs me entirely the wrong way. lose the sexism.
