A festival of Japanese culture was recently held in Moscow, Russia, and Capcom's Yoshinori Ono was on hand to make some announcements about Super Street Fighter 4 and Street Fighter X Tekken.Did the SSFIV announcement happen? What is it?

Please do not put Elena in Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition!! She looks like a Tekken character! Keep her for Street Fighter X Tekken, and give us, Alex, Urien or Oro. :-)

AE is going to be out soon so we will find out if additional characters will be in aside from those two announced already.

I agree with what someone said above. I like Seth Killian way better than Ono. I'm also tired of all the answers that mean absolutely nothing, like the laughs and that he talked to Zangief X_X.

I really like Ono and what he has done to the SF series, but to be honest, he is a terrible spokesperson for the company.
If I were Capcom, I would put a muzzle on him and deactivate his Twitter account. He is doing more harm than good and this is starting to become a PR nightmare.
I understand that they need to hype it, but do it in a way that doesn't start pissing off people. If you are going to announce something, then announce it. Don't string people along with teasers because one day when you cry wolf, no one will be there to listen to you.(or buy the game)
I will almost guarantee if Ono keeps this trolling up, by the time SFxTekken comes out, no one will give a rat's a55.
(BTW, why did anyone at Capcom let him announce SFxTekken that wasn't even in production?? I would have waited to announce SFxTekken after MvC3 released. DUH!)

Would absolutely love to see a SSF IV series happen! Yet why is it so hard for Capcom to dub or put subtitles on the Juri movie and send it to Europe and America? Seriously, even if its just on the XBOX LIVE and PSN.
I was expecting A LOT more info on SSF IV A.E. or Street Fighter X Tekken...what a disappointment. I hope we at least get some info at the Spike TV awards

I only liked 2 things from Gonzo. Gantz which was decent (not fantastic) and Welcome to the NHK which was surprisingly brilliant. Honestly it sounds like it'd be pretty lame

1) First off he is NOT a spokes person for capcom he is the producer of SF4 series and SFxT and his job IS to promote those games, that is a part of their job. If Capcom did not like what he was doing they would'nt allow him to do it, so if you don't like it, blame Capcom not Ono, Ono is just...Ono deal with it.
2) Teasing is something that exist in all mediums and forms of entertainment and is used to keep people excited until the game is finished. Also this prevents them from releasing information that can be used againts them by other companies. It's an old buisness practice, get use to it.
3) Wrong, people will still be interested in SFxT because people like yourself continue to follow Ono on twitter getting mad and making protest, have you ever heard that bad publicity is better than no publicity, it still shows people are still interested. If anyone is trolling it's you guys and Capcom likes it.
HE SAID!!! SFxT at time of announcment was JUST underway in development. This means art work, concept even the fight mechanics are still being developed. MvC3 was 3 years ahead of SFxT development so expect the game to come out almost 2 years after Marvel vs Capcom 3. Nothing was hurt but your patence.
With all that said I find it funny how people keep saying Ono is trolling when you guys are doing the same thing. It is his job to inform you on whats going on, to keep you interested. Even if your mad your still giving Capcom the attention they want. So chill out and go play something else until then, crying is'nt gonna get the game released any sooner.
I actually think Elena would make an excellent addition, how does she play like a Tekken character? Can you win by piano smashing the kick buttons? Not really. I think she's an interesting character haha. On the other hand, Alex would be good, Urien would be difficult to transition because of his heavy SF3 juggle game, and Oro even more so. No chicken wing oro combo = not oro xD Nah, but I do feel it would be a bit difficult, although I main Oro and Urien is my main second in 3S.
But lookin forward to the anime, sweet. I hope they do something with the 3rd strike storyline as well, or make some references to it. The story of 3s was never developed very well.

I agree with 79.. Elena would make a good transition.... I wonder if people hate elena so much because she is the only character that can heal herself......giving herself a slight advantage when the chips are low. Just a thought.
People are recognizing capoiera, but she plays nothing like tekken characters. She has an uppercut, and her other moves are unique by themselves. Her HCF+K looks a bit like a messiah, HCB+P is kinda like cody's toward HP :P cant say anything about some of her others moves, because that's just her. Elena = female african, double representation that SF lacks x]

I don't understand is the game finished? A while ago Ono said that the gold master had been made but a slight error occurred. That was understandable but why aren't we getting details about the game? why not tell us what was ready before it had to go back to the lab again.

Ono, put Elena in both games. Ignore the haters, they are just a minority, and most just don't want Elena so they can get so and so character in, when there is room for both.
Seriously, Elena is the only character who practice capoeira in street fighters series, she had to be in SSIV AE. I don't understand why people want oro?! And Alex is not unique, he is just a wrestler like zangief! Urien is good but if capcom put him, i'm afraid they gonna add gill as for yun and yang, the clone attitude LOL. I love yun, he have style and his gameplay is excellent but yang is so boring. In conclusion, Elena deserve her place in SSFIV AE!
I Know that Alex is strong in SFIII and i was joking about his resemblances with zangief but it is not a reason to say Elena is an Eddy's clone just because she's doing capoeira, it is stupid to tell that. It will be fantastic if Elena join the SSFIV casting. I confess she is not very strong in SFIII but her gameplay can be more interisting and better in SSFIV.
Of course it's dumb to say that but that is just the communities unholy hate for Tekken as a whole. It wouldn't matter if she's not in this one, she could round out the SF roster in the next installment. Some new normals, possibly new specials and you'll forget why you were fretting.
I wouldn't mind Elena. I'd certainly take her over Urien. Sure, Urien is a good gameplay-wise, but his design is total balls. Scientists have proven this.
OH YEAH! I hope it will be as serius as Street Fighter II V was. Man this is great!!
