The Ultra Femme Fatales costume pack for Super Street Fighter 4 was released recently, which has outfits for Chun-Li, C. Viper, Rose, Sakura and Cammy. HD screen captures were taken of each of the character's new outfits.
Rose's black dress reminds me of my female character in MapleStory from a few years back... I love that dress. And hooray for net-leggings or whatever the hell they're called.

i think this is the first femme fatale pack that im gonna miss, sakura's costume is cool but im not much a fan of sundresses and cammy's costume is hideous.
chun li's costume is cool but simple and i dont use the rest of the characters, so im not sure to get the pack for just one costume

At first I was a bit worried about Cammy's, and then before the pack came out, I started to think it's cute.
XD Now I really do think it's cute, the pictures don't do her justice to me. I go with color 6 personally. I would have preferred the "Red Hood" concept, but this is fine for me. Not to mention I always pick her win quote #5: "I'm thinking about adopting a cat when I get home."
The rest are great, except for Rose's nappy hair...
God rose does look like a drag queen due to her face design in this game eww. As for Viper isn't this the first alt showing leg nice, like the Sakura one it's nice Chun-Li is also nice looks more like a bodysuit and finally Cammy *sigh*
I quite like Rose's costume. It has a lot character and makes her look creepy like something out of a Tim Burton film. I like them all.
rose is queen victoria? cammy is cat woman? sakura is erm, on vacation? viper's a scientist? and chuns got her alpha costume.
Viper is clearly supposed to be Kyoko from Rival Schools.
That Ganguro stuff is still popular in Japan? I remember seeing a pic of that look years ago and thinking no way that fad was not gonna last.
No Ganguro is not popular anymore, however ganguro Sakura looks awesome. THere has almost always been dark skin toned versions of sakura, just the way it is.
I now play Sakura 10, sakura alt1 5 and 10, sakura alt2 9,10 and sakura alt3 1,10. Whole lot of sakura costumes to go through. I love this character! Plus the massive arcade edition buffs. If her fireball becomes even as strong as kens she will be amazing.

Select Rose's New ALT and use Soul Throw. She looks like Mary Poppins/Princess Peach lol.

Am I the only one that thinks/knows that Sakura's Color 10 is basically a tribute to Elena from 3S? Kinda like how Peach in Smash Melee has a color swap to look just like Daisy. Sakura's got the skin, hair, and probably eyes to match Elena.

You guys ever thought that it maybe more difficult to do on the PSN network and they need more time to implement the programming? PS3 is much harder to code than 360 because the code and language is different. I don't know why but sometimes thats always the reason why stuff comes out later on the PS3. Sometimes they may have to outsource the work to a different team and it may take longer.
I could be wrong cuz I don't have a PS3 but I don't think Capcom is doing it on purpose so whinging like spoiled children ain't gonna solve anything.
@12 That patch for xbox was for the new costumes being able to be used if you were gonna download them. PS3 users had to do the same.
So wait the PSN folks can't view the new costumes if you didn't download them? How come? Isn't their a pack called Ultra Costume Catalog 1? The xbox has it.

I've been looking at all these new costumes, hoping the color 10 on some of them is different. You know why? Because I NEED SETH IN HIS SUIT!!! I really hope Capcom realizes that a lot of people wanted a dressed up seth, not a robot one. So I've got my fingers crossed that color 10 will be his sexy clothes.

i thought this was a pretty good costume pack, cant say i dislike any of them. really like retro Chun Li, and its nice to see Cammy with pants also lol @ blonde Sakura.

so just because ppl are mad they can't see other ppl's costumes and are trying to figure out why that is makes us whinny babies? Dude relax we just want to enjoy the new alts like everybody on live without having to buy all of them. I know I'm not buying all of them..... weak sauce!
@60: I don’t think it has anything to do with programming. The costume packs are there for everyone to buy, so the code is written and it works. Only thing they need to do is add an info about it being seeable wthout being able to use it.
My guess is, considering the more "open" architecture of the PS3, they have not yet found a way to protect those free packs from being hacked of some sort so you could just get the costumes for free.
Which would never have happened if they included this whole mess into the last patch/update. Would have been way easier for everyone, too.

Loving Sakura New Alternate Costume tbh i think this wouldve been a great default costume for her when SF 4 came out it looked perfect when u play acrcade mode and you see her in it in her rival scene
Out of all of these my favoritew is Cammy's. Guess I'm alone in that one but practically all her colors are awesome except the silver one
