Juicebox Abel released another episode of his Juicy Bits podcast. This one is titled 'Defensive decision making'. Here's what you can expect.
The focus of this cast covers three main situations in regards to defensive decision making:
1. When both characters are standing up.
2. When you get knocked down (the wake up situation).
3. Getting knocked down in the corner (how to deal with that differently).
The episode touches on Vortexes, some good options to escape them, and some of the more common ones you are likely to see.

looking forward to listen.Shoutouts to Juicebox sharing with the community.
@1 Sometimes I wonder why people like him don't do better, along with other tutorial makers like VesperArcade. Both seem to know the theory in and out, know the characters very well, and so forth, yet neither do that well in tournies. I'm wondering what that missing x-factor is.
@#4 things are easier said than done, there are a bunch of outside factors that could be the underlying issue. Like fighting under pressure, execution, reflexes, not knowing what your opponent is capable of but know what their character is could lead you into anticipating things that arent gonna happen.
I was under the impression that he does pretty decently in tournaments. Guess you guys have high standards.
@ #1
He may not place well yet and even he knows that he needs to improve his overall game... the fact of the matter is he is helping us to get better while he does the same... everyone needs to start somewhere and this podcast is a good place. Juicebox is a great example for up and coming players showing that it is possible to get good enough to play in tournies and i respect the guy for it, you are just salty because you dont have a podcast (or anything for that matter) that gets featured on eventhubs :P
Its street fighter pros can beat other pros at any given time...juicebox has to compete against A LOT of quality opponents.
I guess everyone has a point and a loss to some degree. I mean I do not know much about every well known Street Fighter player so I cannot say if Juicebox has ever won a major tournament before. Whether he has or has not, by him getting all that publicity must mean he has enough skill to get somewhere. Like I have always said, if you have something bad to say about a person's skill at something.. Unless you yourself can step up and do what they cannot.. The words means nothing. I mean in ways what is really having a life? I would have figured it to do what you are passionate in doing. Whether that hobby being guitar, construction, teaching, football or even pro gaming... If it drives you to keep doing what you love, then you are living.. thus you do indeed have a life.
His advice does seem useful in ways. If you find it useful then continue listening if not then there are other bulletins on this site to check out. I am sure there may be a day he will have his time in the sun... There is also a chance he may never live the big dream but he seems motivated to try either way so good luck to him.

It's sad that humans still need to be taught this... And Juicebox loves pro gaming, hence why he moved to California. Rather spend your time on something you like instead of something you don't (referring to the people all across the Internet who only go places to complain).
Also, yes, Juicebox may not be the greatest player out there, but it doesn't mean he doesn't understand what it's like. I know it myself: For the most part I know what to do in some situations, but during a match I'm not very focused. It takes a certain mindset to get into both strategies and mindgames during playing, to me at least (but I have Asperger's and I also might suffer from discognitive thinking or something like that - can't remember the English name for it).
Everything's easier said than done.
Street Fighter is about the journey and keeping yourself alive...not just killing the other guy. It's not about being the best or being the worst, it's about growing, learning, and above all else having a good time doing it. He is giving away his knowledge to help the next generation of players and teaching helps someone master their craft as well.
Did he pull the podcast our of your screen and stick it in your ears? =P
@The Cock (Lol....):
Conclusion 1: You don't like his podcasts, so you simply don't even go into his article in the first place.
Conclusion 2: You're salty because you chose to go into his article and complain about how unsuccessful he is, probably to overshadow your own failures.
