The latest TEasy mod kit is available on Phreakmods.com for $34.00.
I have got a dual strike from Bencao74 in Germany. I meet him on the last event named FFM Rumble 4. there he installed one DS in my TE Round 2. I saw the TEasy looks nice to me.
btw
with current firmware version 3.1 the dualstrike has got a autodetect function. So no more pushing buttons to switch the PCB
where can i get all the materials to do this and how much will they cost i have been wanting to mod my 360 te stick for a while
360 sticks work on all pc's, do to sony having proprietary USB ports, PS3 sticks DO NOT work on pc's with AMD motherboards.
Anyone know if this will work on ps3 as well? I have for each system, and it'll be nice if I can dual up both of them.
TEasy board is designed to interface to the Madcatz Xbox 360 Fightstick, both the SE and TE versions. I've designed it to allow for a near, even fully solderless dual mod. The way I've accomplished this is through the use of some very special spring loaded pins, placed at the precise spots where you would normally have to solder to.
That's what the guy commented on SRK, I didn't design/create TEasy.
Feel free to ask any questions and I'll try to answer the best I can. The official thread for Teasy is here:

Dualstrike is here:
For those who don't know:
Teasy = a breakout adapter.. it simply makes connections to a TE 360 PCB, and "converts" it to a ribbon cable..
Dualstrike = PS3 emulator board, which can accept the ribbon cable to give you a dual mod... Dualstrike can also emulate XBOX1, PC keyboard (for MAME), has console autodetect, is firmware updatable, and can even be TRI modded with wii.
And soon to come, integration with Sparky LED mods:

together with my arc-eye LED mods:

@purplearms
I'm a bit new to this whole modding scene, so you'll have to break it down for me a little. I own a X360 Hori VX-SA.
If I want to mod it to also work on a PS3, what are my options, what will I need and how much work will it require?
Thanks!
@Shotosaurus
TEasy doesn't work on Hori's, but i'm quite certain you can still dual-mod it with a Dualstrike board.. you'll just have to solder it up since TEasy is only for TE sticks. It gets a bit technical, so one alternative is to hit up Gummowned for his install services.. It'll save you a ton of hassle and hours of work. He's very reasonably priced, quick turnaround, and experienced.. check out his thread:
This looks so easy that I could even do it, but im still pretty afraid of screwing up and being out of a stick lol
@#5
Look for 'XBox 360 controller driver'. It's available on microsoft.com. Vista and 7 should have the driver installed by default.
If you've connected your stick before the driver was installed, you'll have to go to device manager and delete the xbox controller device before reconnecting it, or force it to update in order to use the new driver. MAME and everything else will work fine afterward.
@cvs You know, this SHOULD work with madcatz SE sticks as well because the PCB is identical to TE circuit board. You need the regular TE version of TEasy (not the TE-S version), and you'd do the install without the four white plastic flanges/spacers. Happy modding!
Awesome, got a weekend project now
