Now that's much better in terms of image quality. This game is going to be great. Also the Hulk doesn't seem to be as big as he was in MvC2.

Hulk looks like... plastic. Sorry. Just my opinion. Will wait for actual footage though before passing final judgment.

Man the only fighter game to pull of a cel-shaded look was Jojo's Bizarre Adventure on Dreamcast and I don't even know if that game came out

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure on Dreamcast? Which one was that? The one that I knew that was really, really faboulously Cell-Shaded was the PS2 Jojo game that focused on GioGio. I thought the Dreamcast version of Jotaro's story and it was 2D?

Wow.... looks incredible. Marvel characters seem to be getting more love, imo. They look much better. Ryu is really off.
Backgrounds look great as well.

everyone does look sort of plastic but it's hard to tell w/o seeing in game footage. i have to say though, iron man's shoulder cannon is looking pretty sweet..

im loving the megaman legends stage, characters look great and its good to see the proton canon back, i hope this time the game is more balanced than mvc2
cant wait to see the rest of the cast! i hope to see ibuki or juri in it

The graphics definitely look very clean. The incidental lighting on the characters looks fantastic (look for this especially in the hulk screen shots).

Yeah I'm guessing they canceled the one on Dreamcast and released it on PS2. I totally forgot about Tatsunoko, it pulled off the cel-shaded look pretty well too.

These look amazing, especially the one of Berserker Barrage. Some people still aren't sold on the switch to 2.5D, but at least nobody can say it looks bland now. The still shots are saturated enough, the game in motion must be an acid trip.

I like the style, the characters and backgrounds look pretty sweet. Graphically this game is gonna live up to the franchise's reputation.
BTW, I'm the only one who thinks Ryu looks kinda off? Maybe I'm too used to the SF4 model but even if you compare it to his TvC model his face looks kinda odd, for example in screeshot 6. I know the game is still in development and all that, it's just an observation.
Anyway, this is looking freaking great, can't wait to see more characters, or better yet, see it in action!

idk....i'm kinda of split on the graphics....its not bad...but i just dnt rlly like the way ryu looks....hulk looks amazing but ryu eww...his hair looks bad....idk i just dnt rlly like the graphics as of yet like s-kill said the game is still in development so i will wait until the finish product is released

No way man. With the popularity right now of the Marvel movies, and the hugely expanding Marvel universe coming to theaters in Thor and the Avengers movies, there's no way Capcom can drop a Marvel game like this and do SNK.
Samuel L Jackson is signed to 9+ movie contract with Universal, not even counting Iron Man 2. Goes to show what these companies plan to do in the near future.
