Akira The Don's Street Fighter mix tape

Akira The Don has released a Street Fighter mix tape which has been getting A LOT of publicity on non-fighting game websites.

Some places have claimed this is the "Best Street Fighter Mix ever," while the reaction from the community seems to be much more of a mixed bag.

Sorry, I have to disagree.
This 'mix tape' was utter trash.
Over 50% of it was garage music and the remixed SF music wasn't very inspired at all.
A STREET FIGHTER mix should only have STREET FIGHTER music in it

This sounds like something I wouldn't mind showing my casual gaming friends. I also personally like it.

Not a big fan of it. Too little creativity, too much forced layering. Car crash music while the kids are playing SFII in the backseat.

Its pretty good but this kinda music isnt really my kinda thing. I kinda felt that some of the lyrics were kinda crappy and didnt really fit as well.
High quality though, you can tell lots of work went into this and its always nice to see anything SF related in the music world!

Some hit and miss songs, some were good some were Gutter Trash! Some of the beats on the songs felt forced.

Downloaded it last night - its really well done and awesomely put together with a nod and wink and a couple shoryukens tossed in for all things Street Fighter
