just about every concept looks more badass than the final version

The top right and bottom two look terrible.

The bottom right looks great I wish they would have picked that one or the top left.

Top left and the current Juri are the only ones I like.

I wish they had went with the top left design. I think that one is really cool. Also, the top right one makes me think that Juri was probably originally going to be a stab at May Lee what with the somewhat super hero style.

Aw, crap. The top left one is far superior to the final version. Much more believable, not so overdone, both in hairstyling and in clothing. To think we could have had that one…

Top right and bottom left are terrible. Top left is arguably the most solid of the bunch, but a bit too normal for the character's personality. Bottom right definitely looks evil enough, but not twisted enough, and it doesn't really fit the Street Fighter aesthetic. Overall I think they made the right choice for the character and the series, even though it's not my favorite of the designs.

Quite true. But try to imagine seeing it in motion, doing Juri's crazy moves, accompanied by Juri's crazy voice. I don't know, maybe it's different for you, but when I tried it just didn't fit. Especially since unbelievable and overdone is pretty much how this series does things.

Top-left and Top-right with the brown hair I'm liking. Top-right kinda looks like she has a motorcycle helmet or a yin-yang...(kinda weird) but if it's the former then maybe it's supposed to be reminiscent of Akira from Rival Schools.

Bottom-right, I have no idea whats going on. Looks like Juri brutally murdered a tiger and stole its fur for clothing.

The top left would be nice, but I can't imagine her being evil because when I look at her first design, it looks that she's a good instead of evil.

Honestly, the top right and bottom right are decent but at the end of the day, they made the right choice. The Juri we have now is clearly the best of the bunch.

Bottom-left sure reminds me of Blair.

the concepts like pretty good. The bottom left looks like it was supposed to be like a cammy 2.0 look. They should have refered to these for the alt costumes instead of being lazy and just giving her the peggy bundie look.

Top left is great. I hate her current design.

Thank God they chose the one they did. I hate all four of the others. Love the current Juri.

Top right is totally a Kamen Rider homage. She's even got a helmet thing!

I'd love to see Tiger Han(bottom right) as her own character(maybe that little girl Sagat has in his ending), I'd also like to see Normal Han(Top left) if her top was altered to be the SF5 Sakura design. As for the Biker Hans(top right) would fit into a Rival school setting like if Akira was their leader or inspiration. Doll Han(bottom left) if they changed the hair they could have gotten away with marketing her as Seth's version of the Dolls program especially with the way Juri's background is set up and her connection to SIN already it would have made it sweeter.

final one is still the best concept

I'd only stick to the in game juri because her personality shines through with the design that is a mix of slick sexy and a ting of Bat S*** Crazy(the best kind)

lol the top right one cracks me up. She could have looked like ace attorney with the blue hair.

Top Left concept would make a nice alternative costume :)

This is about the only way in which SSF4 is actually a step down from vanilla - I really enjoyed looking through all the concept art and poster renders in the gallery. I didn't even realise they'd took it out until I saw this story.
