Good thing about unblockable combos in this video, at least, is that damage scaling (especially on Ken) made them mostly a complete waste.

as for the video.. i dont see how any character unless its a grappler is on even grounds with characters who can combo into their ultra.... guile still sucks

#11 I guess if you care about playing the game and not just making neato combo videos, most people care about scaling. In all practicality, a 10 hit combo doesn't mean much outside videos if it only does 150 damage.

Very nice. Some of these combos are actually useful, unlike in other vids.

@3 most of these don't work as there are 4 frames to tech and as each is 1 frame timing, well you know.

i always loved sf4 combo system and hated its insane damage scaling... these combos arent free and take up the entire super bar.. yet they make it useless

Yeah I agree unblockables are a bad idea in general. Top level players will use them. I saw two attempts made at a recent tourny.

Unblockable ultra setups naturally reset damage scaling. Ken's wasn't an unblockable, it was just a link from a meaty far LP.

My jaw drop after Ryu's unblockable combo did at least over 80% damage.

@OG why would it not? it takes skill and I believe anyone who can time it right deserves to be able to use it
