For those of you more interested in the older characters, Andre "Jago" Lambert put in some time with C. Viper and M. Bison against a good El Fuerte player.

Damn... T.Hawk is on all kinds of drugs in SSF4 lol. Some ultras do less damage than 2 of those grab moves combined.
El Fuete's was powerful too he destoried C Viper's hp with that ultra
Bison's teleport still sucks but the cross up psyco crusher looked ok

dudley is not as overpowered as people make it seem i saw a fatal flaw in his his game. Has anyone noticed that he is absolutely terrible at midrange and is subjected 2 pokes and his moveset besides reversals arent armor breaking and can be stuffed if predicted it will jus take some time 2 adjust 2 his fierce rush down once he's in
@ yea i c dat guess i didnt really pay attention because in third strike he could parry as you said. But dam in ssf4 that weakness becomes glaring i can now fully understand y capcom made him this way

after watching other vids of t hawk i think its fair to say hes gonna be a pretty strong character. Anyone that gief beats up on is prob gonna hate t hawk and with his dive attacks and no more dp trade ultras the fireball people might have to respect him. Im glad capcom didnt ruin him.
I honestly don't see any use for Viper's 2nd Ultra. First of all it doesn't do that much damage plus you have to remember to minus the damage done from your burning kick that would've been used instead of the ultra. You're basically replace her burning kick damage for ultra damage is the way I'm looking at it.
