Blurry look at more SSF4 costumes, special DVD
The e-Capcom site was updated with a collage of new images showing Gouken and possibly Vega's new alternative outfits in Super Street Fighter 4.

Also, Azrael translated part of this page which talks about the special DVD that was mentioned by Shiozawa before. Here's what users will be able to get their hands on.
There will be a tournament featuring 8 of the best Street Fighter 4 players included on the DVD. The bracket is as follows:
Shiro (Abel) vs. Momochi (Akuma)
Tokido (Akuma) vs. Kindevu (Rufus)
Iyo (Dhalsim) vs. Nuki (Chun-Li)
Umehara (Ryu) vs. Itabashi Zangief (Zangief)
There will also be a tournament featuring only the new characters in Super Street Fighter 4. The players were given a chance to train up before the tournament, and apparently they became quite skillful with them. As for who used who, that will be kept secret so look forward to seeing it in action on the DVD.
The top players also recorded the last half of the hard challenge mode trials. The camera gets both the video and their hands in motion. There is an image showing which player was responsible for which character -
Umehara - Ryu, Ken
Nuki - Chun, Sakura, Guile
Tokido - Akuma, Guy, Dudley
Kindevu - Rufus, Juri, Viper
Momochi - Makoto, Ibuki, Gen, Honda
Shiro - Abel, Balrog, Cody, ?
Iyo - Dhalsim, Cammy, Dee Jay
Itazan - Zangief, T.Hawk
Obviously the paper doesn't show all the characters, and I don't even know if this will be the final outcome.

I really don't understand why Sakura's always in those skimpy outfits.
Ordinarily, a cute young lady in revealing attire is something I'm very pleased about.

Looks like both Justin and Daigo got a lil hands on time with SSF4. So everyone can chill out on that whole argument. I'm looking forward to Daigo still smashing him honestly. There are few things I enjoy more than watching cocky people fall.

Omigosh, Iyo did de last half of Cammy hard trials? I wonder if they'll be as hard as the first ones (which weren't really difficult once you have the timing).

Zorro would fit Vega perfectly.
Both are noblemen(I'm pretty sure Vega is a high class psycho),use sharp things to fend of their enemies and both got Spanish heritage.
Tho Zorro,I believe,means fox and Vega got a snake tattoo..

Yeah Gouken's new alternate looks bad ass. The possible vega one as well...and I dont believe thats sakura's new alt. Well it might be cuz if u notice if u ever see sakura in her alt it was always color 10. Meaning capcom probably just made it as its own alt rather than an alternate alternate XD.

You could be right. If you look more closely, you can see a black dot in Sakura's fireball which could be Ibuki's Kunai(dagger).
I guess we'll find out soon.

I really hope they didn't recycle Sakura's Alternate 1, Color 10 as her Alternate 2. Every other costume in that image is extravagant and interesting; Sakura's is bland and "been there, done that."
That mysterious costume in the back reminds me of Castlevania's depiction of Malphas, check it out.

Sakura's Alternate is based on her Gym Teacher clothes from the Sakura Ganburu Manga by Udon.

I don't know why you noobs give Daigo so much crap for using Ryu. If you have been following the street fighter scene before SF4 you would know that he plays pretty much all the characters in SF2, Alpha and CVS 2.

Scroll a bit down and you can read what Mr Wizard had to say about his impression of the characters in SSF4.
to quote some good news for some :
''Ryu - Ryu's medium and hard dragon punches hit twice now. Damage is down on it, but if you FADC, you only get one hit from it, so damage is down even farther. Trades to ultra from DP are gone, and most trades into ultra from SF4 are gone, but not all.''
And Chun Li seems to be really good :P.

I really do believe that's Vega it doesn't look like he have a mask on but i do see his long braided hair in the back also a gold bracelet on his left arm.
it could be him performing a FBA or a SHC in mid performance going toward the opponent.

wow Hakan looks fleshy strong. Remind me of one of the wild creatures that lived in the Uncharted 2 jungle in the end, only with red skin and a face that resembles much like one of Mario’s arch enemies. he’s going to be interesting
