This happened with some other exclusive or pre-order DLC. It has a separate listing than the one released for 320 points and is not listed. It's not supposed to be free, but 99999 points, so if you don't have a redeem code you effectively can't buy it. For example the Batman exclusive maps are not free but 99999 points. It's just an oversight by M$ and will be caught and fixed shortly. Get it while you can.

It's a goof by Microsoft and us 360 owners are lucky to have this little bone inadvertently thrown our way. And that's the situation, it really is a little thing. Raging about something so inconsequential is just immature. Getting all of the alternate outfits for free would be a better thing to get irritated about but it's still crying over spilt milk.
The worst part here is that people are blaming Capcom for this. You can blame Capcom for making alternate costumes DLC in the first place but that isn't the issue here. The fault is on the part of Microsoft.
You'd think people would say "you lucky 360 players! I hate jooz lol" and go on with life but no.

Can anyone confirm if this works for the PC version? I was able to add it to the download queue for my account, but I'm at work right now so I can't try it. I realize there's a slim chance it will work for PC, but as XBL and GFWL accounts are somewhat tied together, I'm going to cling to hope until someone confirms that it doesn't work.
