wow at the gimp who said wolverine is a hulk character. his 1st apperances are in hulk 180-181 but he was made into an official x-men in giant sized x-men#1. do your research buddy before u say gay sh!t lol. hate when people act like they know sh!t when they don't. he had his apperance in hulk 180-181 in 1974 then was not seen til giant sized x-men#1 in 1975 where he has pretty much been since. later he got his own comic series that started with his 4 issue limited series then with the success of that came his ongoing series where he is guess what oh i dont know still affiliated with the x-men! lol do your research.

i'm not necessarily the biggest marvel vs capcom fan, but this game truly has my attention now. i do have a few minor gripes with the game though from what i've seen, nothing too major though.
1. i don't like that when a char wins, they don't move they're mouth when they're talking..there's no need for that, we're not on ps2 anymore..put it the extra effort and make it happen.
2. on that note, i think the characters need/deserve more expressions on their face..like sf4 where they're face changes around depending on the situation..that'd be cool.
3. i really dislike the fact that they took off hitting after the bell in ssf4, why they did i'll never know. what i mean is, i remember in the 1st street fighter vs marvel, you can continue hitting a downed opponent..and keep comboing him..which is pretty fun IMO. i think they need to bring that back, not only here..but in ssf4. instead, from what i seen in these videos..everyone practically has the same downed animation(though it is still to early to tell if they'll change these things)
but like i said, it's very minor..but i pay a lot of attention to detail so, yeah. capcom needs to tell it's designers and stop being lazy and at least at the moving mouths when the chars are talking lol. i mean come on, we're on next gen consoles already..they're are no excuses anymore.
@22 good opinion lets hope the online is good with a top-notch netcode. So far so good im impressed with mvc3. I also hope they make control scheme selects

Awesome, that game is going to sell big time!!!!! They said 30 characters, I bet the 30 are the ones in the story line and the rest would be other fan favorites, it's my guess. I bet around 40 to 50 characters.
Spider Man,Super Skrull, Storm,Chun Li, and Mega Man is a gimme- they have to be in there, but hopefully Mega Man X. I just want to see Stryder,Blade, Magneto,Silver Surfer,Red Hulk, Red She-Hulk, Captain Commando, Bionic Commando(Nathan "RAD" Spencer version) , Cyclops, Cable, a new sentinel, and Lost Planet Mech! I was hoping for the new Captain America with the gun-Bucky- since they said they are focusing on current Marvel story lines,
That list is fake,I read an article on IGN stating that the entire cast of Fantastic Four will not be in there. Now Super Skrull will be in the game. Go to Wikipedia and Ign you'll see that not one from Fantastic Four will be in- Super Skrull is their replacement. Another hint that the list is fake is that Dormammu is also in the game and I also heard that Tron Bonne is not in the game and I hope that is true. That list also sucks- because there are a lot of better characters and it feels unbalanced and lacking. It wouldn't be a good choice to get rid of Capcom's super hero Captain Commando.
Warzard/Red Earth and SF EX players ok... they get no respect. That Seth he's one smug s.o.b., but he gets the job done.

Give me Chun, Guile, and Dictator from SF2, Sakura, Dan, and Rolento from Alpha, Yun, Alex, and Dudley from SF3, C. Viper, Seth, and either Gouken or El Fuerte from SF4. Those would honestly be the best SF characters to add for this game. Other than them I want all three Clover characters (Viewtiful Joe, Amaterasu, & Gene). As for Marvel side...I just want Spiderman and Magneto really, but I'm sure there's plenty of good ones out there to balance out the roster.

I never said it was true to the comics(if I did I'd like you to copy paste that) but it is a possiblity is it not that the biggest hope for mutant kind might think "wiping out the humans is a good idea to protect mutants" or "hell I can't save them might as well enslave them"? you need to stop acting like I'm taking things only from 616 canon.
I'm not parading around anything just keeping my options open and thinking "hey this all started back in summer 2008 and they have been saying that story will play a much bigger role in this one" Things like possible altarnate versions of Messiah Complex come up, things like alternate version of Secret Invasion pop up(where the Skrulls invade during the middle of the game), things like alternate versions of Initiative and Planet Skaar pop up, hell even Zombies might even pop up(which would work well if they include frank west or chuck greene since they already have Chris and Dead Pool). Not everything 616 canon
