Anyone else think bad commentary is bad for the fighting game scene? My ears are bleeding.

Oh my word the commentary guy really needs to shut the f**k up, what an utter retard he fully spoils the video I actually had to stop watching it.

Yeah I would like to send some of these videos to my friends who used to play Street Fighter, to get them to start playing again, but it's embarrassing when the videos have commentary like this.

They should put a sound proof booth around you idiots at evo and put an mvc2 machine in it so everyone doesn't get an ear infection from your stupid comments and reactions.

People are just spoiled. If you want to a good commentator for every stream, please pay/donate for the streams. Then the organizers have an incentive to find better commentators, maybe even fly in your favourite commentator just for the stream (Chris Hu, Seth Killian or whoever).

This is a better vid of this match, with the stream going alongside it. Much funnier to hear the commentary and read the stream at the same time.

I like the game and the commentators. The game is out for so many years. It is not like you will be listening for something unusual and amazing.

They should try to organize a good product/event first and then people might be willing to pay.

They probably weren't planning to get paid when they started the stream and hence no quality control for the commentators.

At this point, it's a catch-22. You are not going to get better streams if you don't pay. There won't be better streams unless someone pays them. Nobody wins. :P

Bada$$ Yun, kudos to Issei. Wong may rant as he likes, but Chun is most generally broken character in 3s (were anyone surprised to see SA2 selected?), and having at least one character to give her problems is ok.
