The noticeable improvement between console generations is becoming smaller, but handhelds are still impressing us. Even looking at these screenshots on my netbook's 7" screen, they become smooth enough that they look close to the console versions. And the 3DS's screen is half that size.
I heard this is going to be a 100% port in regard to frame data and whatnot, which excites me. That means practice on the go that won't get lost when you switch from one version to another. Who knows how well this "slide pad" is going to work for executing moves, but there's always the D-pad. If I can tolerate the Xbox 360's, I can tolerate this one. I read some pretty crazy posts about people wanting to mod a 3DS right into a fight stick so they can play at their best on the go.
So this is coming out in 2011, and the arcade version/new characters are (presumably) due in fall/winter 2010, are they going to make it in?
Wow, it looks amazing.
Can't wait to get my hands on this one.
Clovr4Lyf doesn't realized Ryu is THE mascot of Street Fighter or better yet, Capcom.
Just ignore Clovr, he just gets salty at everything Ryu.
Images look slightly dulled from the console versions, but that's to be expected. If the 3DS version can contain all the data from the console versions, and some more features, and still hold a frame rate of 60 FPS, then hot damn.
clovr you di.ck face donkey! lol your famous! everybody knows you not for good reasons but never the less we all know you! you are the noob of eventhubs! congrats
Eh, I'd rather prefer a PSP version(maybe Capcom is making one, idk). Still though, those graphics are definitely one of the best I've seen in a DS game, hell it's THE BEST.
I want to see this sucker in motion. Still cant see myself playing a portable SF game... to each their own I guess.
