G4 put together a top 10 Evolution 2010 moments video. This isn't the best compilation of clips you're ever going to see, but it's kind of cool to take a look back at some of the interesting moments of EVO.

those were good top 10 moments. Nothing really surprised me there. Too bad the finals weren't very entertaining. Ricky deserved to be there, but would have liked to see a more hyped up final like last year.

Mike clutched it out against Dr. Chaos's Ken and GamerBee's Adon. How can anyone forget about the latter?

All in all, those weren't too bad. I'd include some of those in my top 10.

The come back on gamerbee during the first set wasn't clutch in thar he was doing everything he did before Gamerbee rushed him down that round and gamerbee choked, that's not exactly clutch is it? it's his skill of him knowing he can FADC his 100 hands into ultra while the enemies on hit stun.It wasn't like he beat out a game ending combo, he got lucky when gamerbee missed the jaguar kick and Mike punished the best way he knew how, not like he beat out the move into that combo, which would have been clutch.

#6: was nothing special. Because of the format of EVO, the Gouken player was able to hear the French female player Akane (ChunLi) pressing buttons, and therefore did an ultra to win with 3 seconds left. It is not psy or magic or skill. It is just a matter of hearing.

all gamerbee had to do was to hold up back and he would have avoided the ultra

"and gamerbee choked, that's not exactly clutch is it?" because gamerbee though it was over with the Jaguar kick(you could see the move's special effect touching Mike's Honda) but somehow whiffed it, Mike punished gamerbee while Bee was mentally shook.

Not really clutch like I said something I'd consider clutch is more like what happened when gamerbee did the Rising Jags right through three head butts. Still Mike is a great player who deserves all the credit

Im sorry. Mike Ross's comeback was a def top 10. That was way more epic than a double KO which we see often. If you have ever watched footage of Juicebox we all know he does the dance during the ultra. The simple reaction that the crowd gave Ross alone was enough. Hands FA canceled into ultra was legendary.

@yes4me: I seriously doubt the Gouken player reacted to hearing a button press. If she did, you would see Chun sticking something out during the Ultra pause frames.

The only person I know with the sickest reaction times is Ricky Ortiz who could literally react to crouching whiff jab from Ken in 3rd Strike and super it on reaction with Chun (whiff or blocked low forwards and strongs, sure, but a whiff low jab?)

Whether the Gouken player heard the Chun Li player pressing buttons it's still wake up Ultra, which belongs more in a Top 10 worst list as opposed to a best list.

I think these top 10s were gauged more by commentator and crowd reaction probably because the editors themselves don't really know what to look for.

Daigo winning SSF4 really wasn't that exciting in itself but rather more like a foregone conclusion (though the Ultra through the near point blank ex-fireball was exciting). Definately not the #1 moment.

@EDGEucator: Daigo just lost to YHC Mochi 8 games to 10. Daigo has only won an event twice at SBO: once for ST, once for 3S, never for SF IV. The guy is a beast but he's not untouchable. Honestly I was really sad when Gamer Bee lost to Mike Ross. Of the people available at the time, really only Gamer Bee had a legitimate chance at beating Daigo (Mike Ross basically gave up when he fought Daigo). You ought to check out Smoai's YouTube channel. http://www.youtube.com/user/smoai

There are literally 17 videos of Gamer Bee and Daigo going at each other and Gamer Bee does really really well.
