Deadpool's is a counter super, which really disappointed me at the event... it's hilarious though. I think once people caught on (Like Fei and Cammy's ultra) I couldn't get it off on anyone. Soooo disappointing.
In the same way that there is more than damage to ultra choices in SSFIV, having a stock of 3 charges with Deadpool will give you an advantage against your opponent without ever having to use your hyper stocks.
If you're playing a Fei Long vs. Viper match-up and go with Ultra 2, when you get ultra, Viper has to be super careful about throwing out mix-up BK's, as they are input before the attack goes off, so a smart Fei Long can catch you with the ultra. While they will likely not get a chance to pull the ultra off, it significantly changes your options.
When Deadpool gets his 3rd stock, the opponent has to be careful about throwing out obvious moves, as they'll get caught with your counter hyper. This allows you some room to go on the offensive, which is what you want, since Deadpool is a rush-down character. Notice how they only give counter ultras to rush-down style characters? It's not a coincidence.
Although, i think this ultra would be better suited if it acted similarly to moves like Spiral's metamorphosis and Shuma-goraths lvl 3 super from MvC2....or even like Q's SA3 from 3rd strike....i mean just walking up to them with your heart glow and smacking them sounds so fun:P
Meh, TvC's Hyper combos were better. The only outstanding one is Iron Man's.

Lack of Comboability will severely hurt any hyper move, plus all you need to do is throw or projectile to beat it.
The wolverine player comments that he only attacked because he wanted to see what it looked like, nobody falls for these supers.

It's so short, it doesn't even look like Morrigan is hitting the opponent that hard. No Lilith and Morrigan's character model looks really off in that close-up. Here's hoping they fix it.
Three levels took a while to reach while I was playing the MvC3 demo; they should be a bit more spectacular.
seeing as how good Deadpool's level 1 hypers are, giving him a non-combo oriented level 3 isn't a big deal. My problem is morrigan's, while it looks beautiful, it is missing Lilith and the hits aren't quite as satisfying. I hope Capcom releases videos of all of them though. I really wanna see Ryu and Dante's.
