There wasn't much in the way of new attacks shown outside of additional Ultras for Super Street Fighter 4 yesterday, but a new move for Sagat has popped up on YouTube.

At about 3:33, which the video below will automatically jump to, you'll see Sagat briefly flash yellow and the screen darkens.

According to Gootecks this is an evasion move that also powers up his next Tiger Uppercut.
