Here are both Ultra moves for Cammy, El Fuerte, C. Viper and Ryu. The video starts with the character's new Ultra, followed by their old Ultra move being performed in Super Street Fighter 4.

maybe cammy's ultra can hit on the 2nd frame or something. There's gotta be some advantage to choosing that ultra over her original one.

better picture agaisnt agressive, rog dj, gief alikes
and dhalsim even when far his strech punch might fall for this ultra

When ryu says metsu hadouken, he looks gayer.
Seriously though, Cammy's ultra better do a messload of damage and have a lot of range. I can just see the ultra whiffs now. It should work like Vega's ST super and look more like one of her attacks.
Viper has the best ultra by far; in appearance and apparent usefulness.

yea fullscreen stretchy arm from sim and then you do ultra BAM it misses XD ultra waste... old ultra would have hit that ... a cqc is total bullcrap ... i mean hey if i want cqc i ll pop in metal gear 4 and have my fun... but as an ultra it sounds like a total waste... i bet there wont be a decent combo into her ultra in SSF4 and cammy is just what she is now... bullcrap... i hope i am wrong with that... i really hope that they at least modify the old ultra to an extent, where it is good usable, i am right now there are some combos yea but non of em are really good, any decent player will trow/srk/combo you if you do a quick spin knuckle or a hooligen combination slide... and really fack that ex canon strike the chance this fails is pretty high ... i mean right now i only use the ultra to punish a wiffed attack or something really obvious... plz let there be some decent combos into full ultra for cammy .... plllllzzzzz

Cammy's is hot, so is viper's. Ryu is classic, el fuerte is ok. Why so may utra involve something in the air. Love cammy's cause it ground based.

Cammy did the Crippler Crossface!!! Man, that Ultra is intense! Might be a great mind game tool and a great move on reaction, but Counter supers/ultras are always so risky. I hope the damage output is great for this thing because it looks awesome!

ok i think i know the updates Elfs reach has been extend so that as long as your close it works Ryus pushes himself back after his. Cammys and Vippers do more damage.

Cammy's new ultra looks pretty cool, but it seems terribly impractical. El Fuerte's is just too long and ridiculous, almost to the point of being obnoxious (it seems to be a theme with many of these new ultra's). C. Viper's is ok I guess, the whole riding them like a flaming surfboard thing just seems like they're trying too hard to make her cool. And bringing back the Shin Shoryuken is just epic as hell.

The sound effect on Ryu's Metsu Shoryuken is what makes it awesome.

Gouken's Shin-Shoryuken was cool, but it sounds like poor Ken is being hit by a Space Shuttle. You even get to hear his jawbone crack on the second hit... It's a nice touch, very epic.

Damn Cammy Ultra wonder how it works looks like a counter ultra, awesome better do high damage for High Risk High Reward for performing it. Viper's air ultra too damn...can't wait to see more 2nd ultras.

Could they turn down the volume on Juri's screams, geez, a little over the top, but voice acting sounds good. Guy's scream is very stoic...anyone know what he's saying?

the difference is the triggers for the flashy background finish have been made so the whole ultra plays out instead of whatever the kill strike is similar to kens first ultra; the flashy bg didnt happen until that first hit in the shoryuken even if the meter died by the first kick in the combo.

These ultras look like they have to connect on the first hit to register. I like the ultras that have various points of contact like Balrogs, blanka, ryu,bison, and viper's original. That seemed to add more versatility to them and frankly some leeway for missed timing.

I think Viper's is so nice, Ryu's looks just vicious. Cody's is just ridiculous, but funny.

It looks like VIper's old Ultra does less kicks after the initial explosion. I only watched it once, so I"m not sure.

If you look closely ssf4's new ultras has been a bit too wild. I mean what's the need of that many new combos and leading it to the air. El fuerte, Cody, Ken, Akuma, Viper, Zangief, etc. I mean there is soo many to name its not even funny anymore. They're being way too hyped up with the ultras kinda messing with it too much. I admit im excited for it but that many combo hits/cut scene is kinda useless imo

The only difference I noticed on the old ultras was a string of katakana symbols stretching out across the Super Meter, probably the title of the ultra. Don't know if that's something noteworthy.

Heheheh, I remember sometime back ago someone asked Seth if El Fuerte's new Ultra could be a super hurricanrana. Seems he got his wish. :]
A funny yet really immature thing I saw was if you pause the game at 56 seconds, the ink blot looks like a pen15. Heheheheh

The counter ultras should NOT freeze time until the opponent actually hits them. That's freaking ridiculous and makes it harder to use the Ultra since you have to activate it DURING their attack. Whereas for Gouken you can do it before they hit you and they won't react fast enough to NOT press the button.

these ultras are just too flashy..and most of them are spent in the air...makes it look like they are all fighting with jet packs or something. Somebody tell capcom to do something similar to the FATALITY s of the mk series...imagine Akuma ripping out Ryu's heart or the like.. :-)

The difference I notice on El fuertes Ultras is that at the end the person getting slammed under him isn't super shaky. It looked glitchy when you like the person under you was blurring out.

@#10 while that is true we have to think about this in context. Cammy's number one weakness was turtles, the last thing she needs is an ultra that makes the opponent wanna attack her even less. And also ultra's are comeback moves right? Meaning most of the time she has the ultra she will be at the life disadvantage thus giving the opponent even less of a reason to attack her.

I am trying to think of a practical use of it but seriously i cannot find any at all.

ive noticed in that cammys old utra that when she slams you down more dust/smoke is kick up and you cant see the neck snap as well. elf's change to his seems to be the camera backing up after the opponents head raises up. didn't see a diff in vipers. ryu's fireball seems to give off some purple smoke when it hits. i might be wrong on all of these. the things i listed just seemed to be new to me. i didn't start my sf4 and compare side by side.

Viper Ultra was SICKKK!!! Cammy's was good and elf was OK.. too long though and a weak finish.

Viper's air ultra better beat out a SHORYUKEN COUNTER .... OR ELSE!!!!

I can just see it-- AIR ULTRA---- "SHORYUUUUKENN" and viper goes crashing down!! Please capcom-- anything but that.

@60 yeah cammy and fei need this.

tutrles give cammy a problem so why on earth does she have a counter? she needs an overhead that can combo into somthing (maybe ultra like rog can). A comand grab will be alot better for mind games and anti turtle but characters shouldnt have to rely on an ultra to deal with their bad matchups. maybe the counter will be good but in theory its doesnt sound great

Not sure u see the point in these counter ultras. I mean all the poons you make about what you can do with them are vqllid but you can do all that with current ultras. I mean just now online I was on the ropes with rose against a chun when she did an ex overhead flip kick jut as it was about to hit I blew through it with my ultra I mean what more can a counter ultra do? It might be less strict on timing but there's only a few cases where you could activate it priar to the attack hitting by that much.

Loving Ryu's Metsu (especially the "earthquake" on the second hit)-reminiscent of the TVC Shin, like I wished for a few months back. Viper's is nice too.
