Someone took photos of the help section menu in Super Street Fighter 4 which displays the moves listings for the characters.

Here are those images for Dudley, Ibuki and Makoto. In the images below you can see Dudley has many target combos and the characters have their moves from Street Fighter 3 Third Strike.
