Good luck with that. Maybe it'll be doable, but considering Gief's insanely slow dash, I really doubt he'll finish it in time to jump, let alone activate an ultra.

You mean screw MadCatz. Capcom just licensed it out, they have no way to make them charge an MSRP, or keep them from going above a price @ events under such bunk advertising like you said they did at Penny Arcade Expo.
No way to keep them from making more and profiting more, if it was initially a low print run either. Just corporate greed, but good for consumers who might have missed out the first time. Double edge sword.
