TvC PTX-40A guide heavily revised by Nyoronoru
Nyoronoru has sent in a wicked guide for PTX-40A in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars.
If you checked out this page in the past, it's definitely time for another look as it now has combo listings, damage comparisons, strength and weaknesses and a heck of a lot more content for one of the Giant characters in the game.
If you're looking to get your PTX-40A game in top shape, this is a great place to look. Here's a grab.
Playing PTX-40A involves keeping the pressure on at all times using the movelist of long-range attacks that PTX has at his disposal.
He has the unique ability to punish people who run away from him using his arsenal of weapons, eliminating the need to constantly pursue opponents who jump away. He has a strong mixup game with a large amount of rewards as well, forcing defensive players to stay on their toes constantly.
Being a Giant comes with its disadvantages, however. PTX is very vulnerable to moves that either involve a cinematic undefendable maneuver or a fast multi-hitting attack that slows him down.
If you like this guide, keep checking back as there will be more updates to the TvC section in the very near future.

Eventhubs and the community do not revolve around you and your opinions juxtapose and Dejavu. There's plenty of room here for TvC players and other gamers and a$$holes like you don't need to be jerks at every available chance. Although you're good at being jerks at every available chance, you don't have to be.

All the sf4 players are just hating because they dont know how to play games that actually take skill.
Get the hell out of here. If you have nothing good to say about this game, why the hell are you commenting on a post about a TVC guide?

Thanks Eventhubs staff; these guides will be very helpful. If possible, I'd like to see a guide about the basic playstyle and/or objectives in this game. In the Street Fighter games, footsies, spacing, and mindgames are more important than constantly trying to get in for big damage (unless you play Zangief). As such, jumping is a big no no in the Street Fighter games. To reiterate, a series of beginner's guides would be useful for learning the ins and outs of Vs. games.

Dejavu and Juxtapose, you both sound very retarded.
