IPlayWinner got a translated set of notes from Momochi's blog which talks about the some of the abilities Makoto is capable of in Super Street Fighter 4.Karakusa → st.MP x 3 → MP Hayate
Works on:
Dudley, Gouken, Juri, Chun-Li, Dhalsim, Abel, Sagat, Cammy, Dee Jay, Guy, Hakan, Guile, Blanka, Zangief, Rufus, El Fuerte, Vega, Balrog, T.Hawk, Rose
Excluding Gouken, Chun-Li, Zangief, El Fuerte, and Rose from the above, st.HP → Hayate cancel → st.MP x2 → MP Hayate also works on these characters.
Incidentally, MPx3 also works on Yun and Yang. I haven't checked the HP Hayate feint combo, but it probably connects as well.

This is all possible in both iterations of the game, the only difference is that he mentions that 3xMP hits the twins.
@ #& for super, st mp into itself is indeed a one frame link. i guess its a timing thing and some 1 frame links are easier than others. crazy, momochi mentions a Mak combo with 10 MP's!!!!!
All 1 frame links have the same input window, I guess it just comes down to your memory of when to hit the button. I play on pad and manage different 1 frame links all the time without plinking. I guess it's down to your muscle memory, and playing on an absolute zero lag TV will help too.
