How is it that all pro tournaments players that have been on the series suck donkey penis online?
They are half fooling. I've seen them play for real on XBL and they are really good. Part of it's cause they are not playing their mains, and the other is just sandbagging.
But also, everyone's level of play do drop depending on how much lag there is between the two players.
I agree with #6. These Season 1 lost episodes are much better than the new ones. The new ones with Filipino Champ are terrible. I just constantly see the same crap every episode; hearing him b1tch about lag or talkin' bad about other tournament players.
Go back to your original format and just record the match with your background voice commentary. Take away the fancy editing and camera angles. And play decent players with at least 10,000 BP or 3500 PP. Its more excited that way instead of picking on amateurs. Just my two cents.
BTW, Watching the Justin Wong and Gamerbee episodes made me respect them more. Marn on the other hand....

Also to add more, the magic of Mike Ross and Gootecks is their ability to laugh at themselves and not be a cocky pr1ck like some other high level players.
What makes Excellent Adventures fun to watch is the fact that these two tournament players can make fun of the fact that they can win or lose just like everybody offline and online.
Some of us don't appreciate the "godlike" arce-holeness of these tourney guys.
Bring back the magic of the old episodes!!!!! No need to travel; just go back and sit in Gooteck's and play some xbox and ps3(wired, of course).
And one last suggestion to Mike Ross and Gootecks: Flip the Excellent Adventures concept and set up a Ranked Match where "we, the people", can troll you.... ;)

While I agree that their older episodes of Excellent Adventures felt more streamlined and they seemed to have more fun being silly and whatnot, I don't mind that they bring in other high level players, as long as they don't act extremely cocky and insist on mostly using their main characters.
I did not enjoy their latest videos with Filipino Champ and Ricky Ortiz as much as their older stuff for that very reason. On top of that F. Champ pretty much only talks trash, whether its about the randoms they face online or other tourney players, while Ricky generally says nothing. When I want to see these dudes play their mains, I watch their serious matches or watch them on tourney streams, but when they're just supposed to be goofing around, I expect a little variety. I do enjoy the "one button" challenges though.
They should definitely do more episodes with Combofiend though, that guy is hilarious.
