Tatsunoko vs. Capcom Time Attack world record set

Thanks for the shout out! The fighting game community and Twin Galaxies community have a lot more in common than people think. Both of them are "Let's see how far we can analyze and push the game itself." Hence why there's world records in Single Player mode, and there's tournaments like EVO, Seasons Beatings, etc.

In the long run, I'll be the first to admit; I'm probably an average TvC player. But when it comes to analyzing the game and trying to push it, I'm more than happy to contribute. I can't wait to see others try to beat my time, and I can't wake to try to take it back!

As per usual your online experience will vary. I have had no difficulty with lag as much as finding opponents. Really just a phenomenal fighting game though. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

you got to be kidding me, you call that world record, i disagree, this can be done faster and pretty easily if you ask me

#7 and #8, I came to this community to try to get people to officially beat my time. I like that video, and I see where it can be done even faster than that, and will be working on this, but until then, I challenge ANYONE to PLEASE beat my time.

It's not about being the best. It's about being able to say "I helped push this game to its limits."

So honestly, if you can do faster, feel free to record yourself, using the same standards I used (recording EVERYTHING, from boot up of the console, to verifying the settings, to showing complete playthrough), and beat my time.

As an addendum, at the end of the day, I don't give twelve damns as to who holds the world record, as long as there's competition on the Time Attack mode. That'll be awesome if there's more people giving it some attention!
