The characters you see at the end is Storm and C. Viper that's it. It's obvious that this was planned before revealing them.
The only difference with the two characters is that Storm is in a new CG scene. C.Viper the one on top. is actually the CG scene you saw on episode 3 at the very end holding those papers. No matter what you think, it's Storm and C. Viper at the end.
Looks like we're in for new Episodes to be revealed. The flame scene, statue of liberty,Thor scene,and much more.

Omegax9000 so you basically want that game that ripped off street fighter 4? and yes it did rip off SF4. Here's how:
Bringing it back to it's origins of the popular days(the devs have gone on record saying this is half Alernate Universe half reboot in that the Raiden from MK8 is sending his knowledge of events to himself in the MK1 time.) with stages that are updated versions of old stages and bringing back characters from through out the Franchise. Making it 2.5D, giving new twist on old moves (Jax's new Fatality is his arm ripper and head smasher in one).
I see no hype in ripping off the otherr when there seems to be nothing new with it especially when doing that before has failed miserably(MKvsDCU anyone?)

Lol the song is wolverines theme, the chars in the more characters part are C.viper and Storm, and Take you for a ride is AWESOME! I'm actually really liking the voice cast, they show this trailer on TV and people would be flipping out hardcore.

I personally think that they forgot what order their videos are in and are just releasing at random. Like it would have made sense to show this one first, then video 3, the C. Viper, Storm introductions. They stopped caring about that and I think so should we... Release date is near so how the character get revealed now really does not matter anymore... At least not to me.
Well that doesn't excuse jerkiness! I mean I went on my DA journal and changed everything, because I thought for second that C. Viper had a moustache. I am gonna say this though, if they're in... how does a mayor of a corupt city (Mike) , and The Hand fit into this story anyway? Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see them in but, how do they fit in but (I can't believe I'm saying this) and not a cyper-ninja?
@17 that is an incredibly shallow and stupid assumption of what justifies "ripping off". SSF4 is not the first game to go back to it's roots in such a way and really it's incredibly broad what that could entail. Really it's about how you do it, not that you are doing a reboot. In no way did mk9 rip off SSF4. They are 2 completely different games.
Wow the more I see the more I can't wait this will be the best fighting game ever . If this didn't get you hyped for this game then u should go play Tetris XD!!!
One of my friends seems to be more excited about MK9 than MVC3, and while I'm interested in MK9, I KNOW for a fact, that I'll be playing the hell out of MVC3 an assload more than I'd mess with MK9. To me, MK9 is like SCIV. It's neat for a while, but gets old quick. Sure the game isn't even out yet, and I'm passing judgment on it beforehand, with nothing but preconceptions to base my opinion on, but I've always had more fun with Capcom fighting games than with fighting games by ANY other company's franchises. I know I'll have little use for the waste of time that I see in SSF4AE when MVC3's out, as well. Don't hate - I'm just sayin'. I'm against Yun and Yang wasting character slots, and the nerfs across the board don't interest me. If there are other characters to be time-released later, I'll probably get it. Just saying I'll be playing MVC3 more than any other fighting game out at the time.
Well, MK9 to me again seems like they are riding on Sf4's success (again). Remember back in the day when sf2 came out and it was such a huge hit? Well guess what, unsurprisingly, a game riding on sf2's success shows up. You guessed it, Mortal Kombat. Now seeing as how successful the fighting game genre has become once again, MK predictably shows up again, "reinventing" its old self by going back to its roots and updating it with 3d visuals, JUST LIKE SF4. Now to me, that is just plain old copying and ripping off another company's idea. But, in the end though I guess it's a win/win situation for us fighting game fans since we have more selection of the best fighting game franchises once again.

Awesome trailer! Hate to say this but i dig the Marvel team far more than i do the Capcom side. Especially if Mike Haggar is added to to roster. Best of Capcom for me are Dante, Chris, Wesker, Joe and Amaterasu.
Also i decided not to import the NA Special Edition (to Europe). Reason: after seeing the awesome limited editions of Mortal Kombat

Can't believe the Take You for a Ride is actually a Rock remix of it. Nothing special.
(So, unrelated, but I've been wanting to say they've been revealing characters so there's no suprises in the 'Episodes' they release(well, besides "Frank West").
Loving Arthur, mane. But we also got to see some footage(well, characters faces) that we haven't yet.)
Looks like we might get a couple more Episodes! Can't wait for Zero's!

I respect your opinion dude but no need to go around bashing MK like anybody that plays it can't hang with the big dogs. MK's combo system improved quite a bit. Be a fan of fighters, not a Capcom elitist jackass.

Well considering Capcom fanboys can't handle the fact that SNK did invent quite a bit of stuff, that SF2>MK arguement is pretty null. Given that SF2 was groundbreaking at the time everything after that was considered a ripoff. I know fanboys till this day that say Guilty Gear is a MvC ripoff. That's why fanboys being stubborn annoys me to death when all fighters have done something different. MK was like Fatal Fury where combos weren't important. Just properly using your normals amd specials

Call me crazy, but I'm not liking the new "Take You for a Ride" from the little clip I heard. Maybe it'll change when I hear the full thing, but I'd much rather have the original.
This game will be fun for the first 2 weeks when people pick their favorite teams or characters,after that is Top Tier city...Oh here we go again.

i agree with you guys, there is nothing more satisfying than kicking some cheap ass character in the face with your favorite low tier character, but in ocations it gets a little anoying, some tier gaps are just too huge to fill with skill alone, i main juri in ssf4 and its really hard some times.

This is crazy fast and crowded. I hope the game comes in 2 modes, 3 vs 3 and 1 on 1. The 1 on 1 mode should be like the street fighter or the original MVC/Children of the Atom game. I only played MVC2 for a week because I got over-indulged with craziness. Super Street Fighter 4 rocks and should be the standard for all fighting games.

I really like the balance, everyone looks effective to a point, i think it will kinda be like SSF4 where most of the chars are good to play and still win consitently from middle to top tier. I only hope that spiderman goes up a couple points, i love him but man does he look unimpressive
