Apparently the costume designers decided to smoke crack before designing these. What the f^*K is going on here.
Someone drug test Adon, I think he hit the roids pretty hard, Blanka has clearly been dropping acid, Elf is just Elf and it doesn't really matter what he looks like because with my match up problems with him the match will be over with soon enough, although getting my ass kicked by Rey Mysterio Jr will be slightly more annoying and Balrog...well whatever, the only thing that bugs me about him is his stupid ass laugh I have to hear every time a rog gets his ultra meter full -
I'd like to see Balrog standing next to Dudley in his similar outfit.
Seth's is cool, but it'll be weird seeing him doing standing fierce's (and nj/jb ones outside of AE) with that on.

Sagat's is OK, I guess.. I know its him when he was younger but all of his alternate costumes kinda suck. I wish theyd do something more creative, like make him a pirate (just a thought). He already has the eyepatch.
The rest are all pretty cool though

I believe blanka's obsurd costume is a nod towards final fantasy. like his glowing ring is a reference to final fantasy 10's bahamut. when bahamut attacks his rings glow as well.

It's sad to see Capcom being lazy with Sagat again. This is the fourth outfit, and he STILL looks the same. Three chances, Capcom had. They could've put him in a business suit, a motorcycle biker outfit, or hell, something random and it still would be okay. But no, all of his alternates still have the same overall theme. A fighter... :\
When I see Blanka's alternate, I think of Avatar for some reason. I don't know, must have something to do with the blue. Magical crap.
