Nathan Spencer, from Bionic Commando, is the latest character to have an in-depth analysis written up for him by Sumoslamman.First impression
Most mobile grappler ever! He can grab you from a screen away, grab you while you’re laying helpless after a beat down, grab you while you’re in the air, and of course he has a sick unblockable grab with what looks like different followups. Holy S team it looks like we might have a Jack of All Trades on our hands here.
Normals
Spencer’s normals look dang quick. Not only that but it seems like they do great damage. His little aerial raves simply womp, even without the OTG (off the ground) grapple claw followups. His low magic series has great range (Video 2 – 1:52) and his low hard attack comes out really quick and combos into his launcher (Video 2 – :16) and his Bionic Punch hyper for some quick and dirty damage (Video 2 – :50). That 4 hit combo does nearly 50% damage to MODOK!

Gotta say, Spencer is looking to be one bad mofo from a gameplay standpoint. This is actually your analysis I've been looking forward to the most because, as you said, Spencer doesn't get talked about nearly as much as he should. As with Wesker it'll be scary to see him once people have mastered him.
I hope that with spencer his move set wont just be easy so that anyone can use him because he seems like such a broken character. I want him to play like a character that takes time to learn and master.
lol im so happy i was able to send this in and be credited XD. Whats also funny is that i was able to help sumoslamman with his Wesker analysis, I looked him up and you can combo after Weskers counter super in the builds he has been shown in, So im super happy today XD!

BTW at the recent Capcom Food Fight had VERY VERY good fights on it.
Wolverine and The Hulk were impressive.
Hulk was doing air-thorw>Gamma Tsunami 50% damage
Wolverine was doing Magic Launch>Magic Drill Claw>Dive Kick>Medium Launch>Magic Fatal Claw=80%
Looked alot like Dante's but Wolverine did not need to be in the corner for it to connect full.
They need to show some more footage of Spencer. Viper and Storm were announced like a week ago, and they've already had more screen time.

Many people are saying Capcom is LAZY for using Akuma over Bison but what makes them right about the laziness is putting FOUR SF characters. They COULD have put Virgil instead of Akuma as a villian but Capcom would have to WORK to put him in the game since he's new to fighting games?

in a roster for a vs with only 28 chars there shouldnt be over laps on gameplay styles, they go on about diversity and slap akuma in thats stupid.

I read that leaked list and some of the stuff he is saying seems almost scarily true. I really really hope it's not for multiple reasons. One being Capcom blatantly lied to our faces about no more shotos or darkstalkers characters. I'm ok with more DS characters but not more shotos. Then again the guy could be lying. That is ALWAYS a possibility.

As I was saying, IF they are in. Btw, that list doesn't even have Thor on it, how can they MISS Thor on that list?
Also, concerning them revealing them on Megaman's birthday, CAPCOM might act stupid at times, but they really won't do that to themselves, the fans, NOR to Keiji Inafune for that matter!
I think we all know that Galactus and Haggar would be in, thats a given. But im going to wait on the other characters at least till saturday.
I think that Megaman is too popular to be discluded from the game, its like putting cviper chunli and 3rd sf character but no ryu, it doesnt make sense.
Granted these leaks wont be too bad at least, but overall i feel that time will tell with this. As for M.Bison, he was never in any games till SF4 brought him and the rest of the original cast back, so hes still being recognized, and i hope he is in, along with Megaman. And if you dont like the cast of MvC3 either play MvC2 or dont buy it, rage induced language and profanity over one character is childish. Just take everything with a grain of salt, everyone wanted dudley and others in SF4, so they made SSF4 for us. Capcom will step up, they always have.
Not like it matters, but Bison wasn't very good in MvC 2, probably mid tier, but he was really good in CvS 2. Which Im hoping they do a fusion of the 2 to bring in for this game whether on disc or DLC. It's funny because I've seen a list that everybody that twitter guy mentioned is on, in addition to Bison. So far the roster is very hero centric. Defintely needs more villains, esp on Capcom side. I also can't believe the only non Xmen marvel chick that made it was She-Hulk.

If the founders leave, they leave, its their desicion, Deadpool they didnt know about until he was brought to their attention, not that they saw him and had to be convinced to keep him in, Frank West thing is a troller and we dont know if that is fact or not, and if Ryu showed up with A entierly new moveset that is not even close to what people have been used to for nearly 15 years, then no one would like it. For some reason this all looks strange to me. For some reason I had a dream that carnage, doctor octopus, Havok, and frank west were announced all at once . I don't like Havok that much but he seem prettty sweet to me with his Ability to absorb cosmic energy/Energy blast. Reminds me of rose from street fighter. weird dream

To my recall nobody in the history of mainstream fighters has anybody's moveset change drastically. They usually add or swap but never all new.
Now that I think about it. The only person I believe that would benefit from having all new moves is Sean from SF3.
I could see him being rebellious and wanting his own style after their way didnt work.
Maybe Cody is the only guy who's style changed drastically (Final Fight>SFA).
And what happened after? People LOVED IT!
I really wish they went with the old Rad Spencer character design! but he looks fun to play with.

there are some interesting voice actors like Mick Jagger as Haggar and Cyndi Lauper as Dazzler...also seeing Iceman and Squirrel Girl! I assume they will be in the storyline and not playable. I would thought Bison would be great and unique. Honestly I could even do without Ryu cause at this point im anti-shoto but that would create a mega s*** storm! I really was wanting to see Ms. Marvel as well, but oh well....
Lastly, if you feed trolls, they will keep coming around...like bears but more annoying.
