Interesting... I've always thought that "simultaneous throws" resulted in "tech throws", and "who is teching whom" was randomly decided.

yes it would be tech if both were normal throws, but this is command throw vs normal throw. remember, cmd throw can't be tech.

@4: I'm pretty sure you have no idea what Ono's role in Street Fighter 4 is.

Can't say I knew the outcome was random; this is pretty nice to know. I don't think it's particularly helpful from a strategic standpoint, but still it's nice to know.

Better than determining it by controller ports like Smash Bros.

Now you can say "You won because you were Randomly Lucky, I was throwing 2!!!1!!!11!"

It seems like the SF team has always had some amount of trouble with throws. From what I've seen throws in Alpha were useless, throws in 2 are even more random, and now this.

so... this video shows that.... if you command throw someone at the same time, it picks a random winner...
