When I started SUPER 4 I gravitated toward Adon right away, but then found out that intermediate and high level play is tough because he controls like Abel: you input a command and either you get the wrong move or nothing happens because of the noob ass shortcuts are actually ass backward.
Nice, but their explanation of why super enders deal variable damage is completely bogus. This game's damage scaling ignores number of hits, and works with number of attacks instead. Generally, follow-up hits that require additional inputs count as additional attacks. Adon's punch ender requires you to mash punch, therefore every single extension counts as an additional attack for scaling (just like mashing attacks for Honda, Chun and Gen).

Seriously, are you and Gamerbee good friends? Do you know the exact date when he started with Adon? Do you think he started playing Adon right when he got to Evo?

Gamerbee is a killer I know. but he must have an amazing fight stick or something. I only play on Ps3 pad and to me Adon's move inputs are more wonky and inconsistent as opposed to other characters. and don't tell me to get a stick cause i have one and it just doesn't suit me well at all. I prefer having 6 to 8 (fingers) button presses at hand as opposed to 2 or 3 (on a stick) and then doing some finger gymnastics to pull off ex moves or combos.
Gamerbee is a hero and I'm glad someone can pull off a great Adon with basic problems like move inputs in the way.

Ugh... Really? I'm the one who has to say it? "Sigh"... ok. ADON SUCKS! He can jack off next to a grizzle bear with rabies for all I care, he's a trash character. All he does is risky, unsafe nonsense that anyone with a DP could beat. The only characters he can beat are the ones who can't play turtle all that well. Put him against a turtle (especially one with a good reversal, heck not even that a good Anti air) and he'll get his stupid smile slapped across the face back to Thai Wan. The only reason anyone is interested in him is because of Gamerbee. Nothing against Gamerbee, he's just that good (you have to be to play with a bad character). Stop the hype, there shouldn't be any, Adon SUCKS! I'll say it again.
There is definately more Adons online since evo.

I think you guys are assuming the tone of my text. I'm not raging. and I'm no troll. Seriously though, this dude comments just make sure everyone knows he's been playing Adon since before Gamerbee (which he probably hasn't). It's pretty stupid and pretentious.

@ #20+26, YES! YES everyone is interest in Adon because of Gamerbee. Did Alex Valle make top 8 at EVO? Did TKK make to top 8 at EVO? No, GB did. Not to say no one was interested in Adon, but it just exploded when GB beat J Wong. Adon a character everyone thinks is one of worst in the game, had an underdog moment and beat who might be the best player in the US? Ever thought of it that way?
@21, No, I just hate Adon. I have nothing against players who play as him, nothing against Capcom for putting him in the game. I hate him as a character, that's it.
#7 hey bud, sorry to see you took that the wrong way and got jumped on like you did,it's jsut I've been playing Adon way before I knew that Korea had such a good SF4 scene and I wasn't a band wagon jumper, sorry if you mistranslated that man. Adon is considered one of my mains and I've been on the ADON bandwagon since I saw J Avalanche in action before Justin Wong said he was a trash character.

Just because his gimmicks YOU TRIED or believe are good can be beaten by a DP user doesn't mean he's automatic lose against a DP user, and the fact is it doesn't matter if the DP user has a DP if they can't time it right,and I've got a long list of DP spammers that I beat to prove that. and 5th place at EVO isn't that bad character wise especially when you consider that one of the people who he beat was considered to be the best American player at the time.

no that shows how much he knew. that video was ages ago i dont think the game even came out yet and justin was making some biased comments. not saying that you exacly are doing it right now but i hate people who bring that up as if he made the video the day before justin lost to gamerbee. you even pointed it out yourself it was weeks before any had a chance to play it. you cant give a pro a game and expect him to master it like that

I feel it man, Adon was the first new character I picked up myself because I always dug playing him in Alpha. But thats like the 10th time I've heard someone say they "Like Adon first" type thing. It gets old. Totally didn't mean to make it sound like raging.
