Many forum users have remarked that Dudley won a Capcom-Unity character poll awhile back, but that he wasn't added into Street Fighter 4.Why were the results of the original Street Fighter IV character poll that Dudley won ignored? Cammy got into the game, but Dudley didn't.
Seth: I'm not sure what you mean by, "the original poll." There was only one official poll (which was inspired by all the other polls floating around), and we followed through on the results.
Offhand, I remember that Cammy won, followed by Sakura, with Ibuki 3rd. Together these accounted for a large majority of the total votes.
