While I can't picture this as being intentional, Cheryl Cole, a UK pop star dressed really similarly to M. Bison for one of her performances the other night.
You'll be sorely disappointed though, because at no point during the song does she bust out a, "PSYCHO CRUSHHHAAA!!"
