IGN has confirmed both Condor Joe and Zero from the Mega Man games will be the latest two characters added to Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Star's roster, leaving only Yatterman No. 2 to fill up the 26 spots.
They have character artwork for both Zero and Joe, along with gameplay movies showing both guys in action.
