This year's Comic-Con will run from July 23-26, with a special preview on the 22nd for select members. Capcom is planning to have a big showing at the event. But, we probably won't know too much about their plans until a few weeks before the show. What should we be expecting at Comic-Con 2009? New tournaments? New games? — Ironic-Lolrus
Seth: [...] This will be another big event for Capcom. More tournaments? Yes. More panels? Yes. More special events? Yes. More cool stuff you can't even find at the Capcom store at the Comic-Con Exclusive Capcom Store? A giant yes on that one. Even I'm saving my pennies for a few of the things you'll find there, which I'm guessing will never be seen again.
Is the Marvel vs. Capcom 2 retail pack legit?
Sven: Sorry guys. I can't say anything yet. :)
Is there a Street Fighter Alpha 3 sequel in the works, or is that franchise done for?
Seth: No plans right now. And as for "does that mean the series is done?" -- you should know by now that's a silly question to ask around Capcom. :P
Christian (Sven) Svensson's comment gives some weight to the argument that we'll be seeing that MvC2 retail package come to life, because if there wasn't something cooking, it seems like he would have just denied it entirely.
