Various Capcom employees were hitting the Unity Boards recently to answer questions from the fans. They cover a few questions on the PC release of SFIV and Marvel vs. Capcom 2's re-release.
Do you have to activate Street Fighter IV on the PC to see if it works? I want to see if it runs OK on my laptop, and I don't want to waste an activation on it if it doesn't work. — Tom
Sven: No... but you won't be able to play online or save a game (unlock anything) without it being activated.
I was just wondering if the release date for Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is the same for Europe as it is for the North American release? — CartooN
JimmyRey: I can tell you that Europe will be releasing on the same day as everyone else. That day should be announced very soon.
Will the re-release of MvC2 support trophies and achievements?
Sven: Of course.
In the PC SFIV options menu, turning down the background music all of the way doesn't completely mute the soundtrack, it just turns down the volume a ways. Could you guys fix this?
Sven: I'll report this to the team on Monday and see what they say.
